Lydia was so sweet and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. I was very close to leaving due to what I came for was not in stock. And I had asked an employee for help and he was not helpful at all. I was so close to leave my basket and go to a different location but Lydia saved the day and my frustration.

The other guys were closed but you were open. All the customers were there crowded yet I was taken care of quickly and efficiently by the staff.

Out of all the Home Depot employees I've encountered, Miller Parker was the first employee who was positive, professional, and knowledgeable! Also, Miller was the only person who looked happy to help. He even cracked a few jokes which made the visit fun. When it was time to review our appliance paperwork/finalize costs, he was happy to answer any of our questions.

Really felt welcome at this store.

My home was flooded after Hurricane Harvey struck in August 2017. I decided to rebuild my home from the inside, and when I was able to move back in during the rebuild, I practically lived at the Copperfield Home Depot for a few months. I purchased all of my kitchen appliances there, new doors, and I found the sales people to be so kind and helpful.

If you need help, ask for Ray! What a stellar team member for The Home Depot!

Knowledgeable staff that don't run from you when you round the corner.. rather they're generally interested in helping.

I went in looking for appliances after a disappointing experience at a competitor store. Al greeted me and answered my many questions. He was so very helpful and easy to work with!

I paid less than the other store i usually use.

There was a rude female cashier at self check out with long reddish braids. Gustavo was very helpful and provided great customer service.

I went in to look at specials and couldn’t find any but when I asked William he proceeded to take some time from his duties at work and walk me to show me where the tool specials were and what they where offering

Purchased a refrigerator it was delivered but they didn't complete the hook up. Still 2 weeks later still not hooked up.
