“Helpful associate” getting paid to watch others do her job was watching me the whole time and waited until I was fully done scanning and paid and wanted to insinuate that I was stealing buckets when I simply did not know that lids and buckets were separate entities. She has nothing else to do, why could she have not interjected as I was pulling out my card, to say hey I’m sorry but make sure to scan the buckets but no she waited until I was leaving the store to make a fool out of me and laugh with her coworker. Hope you can find some new “skills” since we are doing your job for you anyways and your job is obsolete. Thanks!

Debra in the appliance department of the Columbia, MD store was very helpful. She got me the information I needed to make an inform decision about my purchase.

Homedepot cancelled my online order for instore pickup, I used a gift card, Homedepot required I go to the store to get MY MONEY BACK, in this case they would only issue a store credit that can't be used online??!! If I didn't go to the store I wouldn't get any of my money back. Would not recommend this retailer.

Home Depot is my to go home improvement store. Very easy to navigate and buy stuff. People there are very helpful and approachable. Thank you, Home Depot (Columbia) employees. Special thanks to Arshad every time I have been there late in evening and trying to find things.

I bought some supplies and was able to get all the items I needed.

I received the best customer service from assistant manager Mark and appliance manager Tracey. They took the time to research and figure why the system was not matching the promotion stated on the GE washer/dryer. They both were committed to honoring the promotion and figured out the system was incorrect. After 2.5hrs of calls and hard work, both Mark and Tracey resolved the issue. Kudos to them both! We will be shopping at the Columbia Home Depot for our future needs.

Multiple staff were disrespectful and the only way to enter the area if you were already in the store was to leave the store and re-enter. I have never before had an issue at this store and would not have left a review of it had only been one staff member that was disrespectful but it was multiple individuals in that department.

I am a woman that went to purchase a shut-off valve for a simple plumbing repair. I knew what I needed and had the item saved on my phone. I couldn’t find the item in the store even though the website listed 19 in stock. I asked a salesman for help and he asked what I was doing with the valve. When I explained my project he told me the valve wouldn’t work and would not help me fine one. I left and went to the Silver Spring, MD location where a salesperson went out of his way to help. The project is finished and the valve is working fine. Interesting that I got the idea from a post on the Home Depot website.

Avoid this place I went in to rent a truck. A nice person at customer service named Nick greeted me, when he needed help his two co workers ignored him, were very rude to him and went on to help other customers. The nice customer service rep Nick was soo sweet and nice, I noticed his Autism pin Nick tried his best to help me but his computer wasn't working. His two co workers were so nasty to him and I. I wanted to look at the truck and his co workers told me they dont want to go outside and walked away. Nick apologized and said he was so sorry. Nick was amazing during all of this, I noticed they may treat Nick wrong alot here.

I have the app for military discount, but anytime I’m in the store it conveniently never works!!

Manager (Barb) at this location is horrible, unpleasant, and just a full blown nasty individual.

A guy named Andrew is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable on EVERYTHING plants!! He's amazing and extremely patient for both the newbie and experienced plant parent

Other HD stores did not have this Scotch Guard product in stock, this one had seven on the shelf. The big corporate problem is self check-out. I don't ever do it and there were no staffed cashiers lanes in service. I very nice store staff member completed the check-out or I would have walked.

Amir in appliances was awesome in helping not only order but make a better informed decision. Najwah was great at the check out where I was getting a price match change abs she suggested I look at other stores to see if there was a cheaper price and there was and I saved $400 because of her and Mark (ASM) was very kind and accommodating as he had to approve the price match. This was a great team! I will definitely come back to this store because they did not treat me like I was in a big box store.

I like the things I buy there. The aisles are frequently blocked with stuff. I bought a fertilizer spreader that I had to clean when I got home. I would call the store "a little dumpy.

This is crazy. I purchased a GE Gas stove on Thursday, October 6, 2022. I have bought gas stoves before from other stores. The issue in tins case. The third party issue of the installation and the removal of the old stove. I have never heard of this process before. I mean Home Depot is the seller. It only makes sense that Home Depot should be the provider of the installation and the removal of the old stove, not a third party business.

I went in. Got what I needed and left within 5 minutes. Best day of my life. This Home Depot may be helping me to improve my actual home but I feel improved as soon as I walk into those large orange striped doors. Bless up Home Depot Columbia. Truly killing the game. Immaculate vibes all around.

Most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered at any store. If you don’t like people then why work in customer service/ return Dept where they have to deal with people. Customer service is arguing with customer rather then apologize and move on. Never again my business to this store or Home Depot
