He love this store. Been going since it opened in Collierville. Built a house, added rooms, a deck, new appliances, tiles floors, yard work, many flower beds, we have used every department. Even done a few How to classes. What ever you need, they have it and the workers always help when you need them.

My mom and I came in to buy a work bench back on Feb 17th. We didn't see the one that showed online as limited stock so we asked for help. Kennon and Chris both helped us trying to locate the item. They found one similar (with out the drawers) so they offered to call around to see who had the one I wanted in stock. Because of their kindness and helpfulness, I decided to take the one without the drawers to be able to buy from them. They pulled the bench from the shelfs, took it to the cashier (Renee was very nice also), and then loaded it in the car for us. We have came into stores before where employee's walk by you without helping even when you try to ask them for help. It was very nice to deal with 3 employee's on this day that cared about helping, went above and beyond to try to find the item I was looking for and were nice about it. The table works great for my laser machine even without the drawer for my tools.

We were in somewhat of a hurry. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were able to get in and out with what we were looking for quickly.

I’m with Memphis Hope center, which is a non profit organization. Asked for help with any scratch and dent items. They were surprisingly very eager to help

Today, I was in Home Depot to try to fix my elderly neighbor’s mailbox. Someone knocked it down. Two associates (Missy and Heidi) stopped and asked if I was finding everything ok and I explained the situation and what I was looking for. They both dropped what they were doing, took me to the mailbox aisle and said sent me on my way with a brand new mailbox kit and concrete that they were donating for me to fix the downed mailbox for my neighbor. Never will I ever shop anywhere else!!

Peyton assisted me with an online order today and I couldn’t be more impressed. The inventory was not at the store at the time of picking my order, but Peyton mentioned that a truck arrived. She went with me to locate the product, and provided excellent customer service. She has such a positive, energetic and customer focused attitude. She was amazing and deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store knowing Peyton is there to help! Kristie and Sarah also assisted me on another visit today, and your entire customer service staff at this store is excellent. Congrats to the team and management for such outstanding associates.

The ladies at the customer service desk were very welcoming. Ericka helped me with all the issues and concerns I had, she made sure I had everything I needed before I left the store and she made sure all of my order was picked and loaded on my trailer.

I needed to return a product but I did not have my receipt. The young lady at the Customer Service desk was polite, helpful and accepted my return with efficiency and knowledge.

Your cashier in garden, angel was great. She greeted me coming in, helped me find what I was looking for. Went right to it with no problem. She checked me out, very polite and nice to talk to. Will shop here again

recently purchased OTR microwave that had to be ordered online, delivered and installed. Ray, the rep at HD, ordered it with ease and explained the item and what to expect from delivery and installation well. We were very pleased with the cost as it had been marked down even further on the day we ordered. Delivery is also free for items over $397 I think. Delivery date was set and we were notified of the time frame the day before. Although that changed the day of due to a call in of a delivery agent, we were kept informed of our place in line continuously. DeWayne did a great job with installation, was very efficient, friendly and pleasant. We were made to feel that our satisfaction with the product and with this experience were important to him and to Ray from ordering to installation.

Just wanted to say I appreciate the great service at Home Depot tonight.

While searching for a new refrigerator, Mr. Ray helped me find various options with pros/cons of each and helped me find the right one for our needs.

I went to another competing BIG store to buy an over the range microwave. The first person to help me talked about how tired she was and how she didn't really know what she was doing looking up my product choice. Another gentleman came over to help her and just kept repeating the fact they probably didn't have that model and if they did it would take months to get and that their online system where I found the product "lies" a lot. I got disgusted they would represent and portray their employer this way and walked out disgusted. I drove to the nearest Home Depot and asked for the same item. The nice lady went right to her computer and had it all rung up in 5 minutes. Same model. Same price. No excuses or misgivings. I was skeptical it would arrive when they said it would, but it was delivered with installation right as they portrayed it would - any problems just call them back.

Seth and Dawn were so helpful. Keep it up, we need more service like I received tonight.

Purchasing lumber for winter home projects and the sales lady was very helpful with me opening an account. Her name was kristie flitsch. She was very pleasant to deal with and she said thanks for shopping with us. You don’t hear that much anymore and to me it’s important as I could spend my money elsewhere. Sales person says measure fee will go towards purchase, but find out that wasn’t true. Employees need training when dealing with customers purchasing over $1000
