Very helpful and courteous staff. Store functions well as a team.

My most recent trip was beyond pleasant and productive . The knowledgeable staff from lumber , hardware,lawn and garden and customer service was a joy to watch. Service finally has recovered in America! Well at Homedepot anyway.

Kathy helped us. She went above and beyond! Also the two ladies at the register were very nice!

I like going to this particular Home Depot a lot. Not only do they have a great selection on garden supplies, the employees for the most part are very helpful.

Biggest waste of my time ever!! The cashier was very pushy about applying for Home Depot Credit Card. She said it would only take 30 sec. Well that 30 sec turned into 45 min!! The Manager Todd was incredibly RUDE and NEVER offered an apology for my WASTED time!! People like Todd should NOT be Managers!! Incredibly RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!

I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy. I love shopping at Home Depot because of the vast array of products they offer, and the quality of service I always receive there. No other stores compare. If I need something for any project, Home Depot is my go-to place.

You can’t expect too much from a store that hires a bunch of you can’t expect too much from a store that hires high school kids and college kids. However, when you have to continually ask people for help and have people paged to the aisle that you’re on for help and nobody shows up after 20 minutes it’s just not worth coming to the store. Employees at the store more interested in what they did on the weekend or after party conversation and their cell phones everything but the customer. And this store just continues to get worse and worse every year.

Employees very helpful and friendly, especially when compared to other big box stores.

Che is the best employee ever! She went above and beyond to find a difficult time for me and followed me out to my car to let me know it had been located. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic! Best customer service I have had... EVER!

The store has most items needed and helpful employees.

Employees lack any sort of knowledge, visited with 6 employees and they all seemed lost! Absolute waste of an hour and a half of my time in this store today!

Too much merchandise clutters the walkways and aisles of this store

It seems everytime I come into this store there are always employees standing around talking to one another versus looking for people to help. I never am asked if I need help but have to go out and interrupt a conversation between employees to receive help. Maybe some better training protocols are needed??

The store an products a great it’s the rude customer service workers that are the issue and the lack of a competent manger to handle them at be exact Jenn short for Jennifer as she stated as she told me if I didn’t like it I could go to Lowe’s and the manager Neely which couldn’t control his employee as she continued to be rude

Tracy worked super hard helping us pick the perfect paint/stain!

Donna and Audrey were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive when I made my purchase. They displayed tremendous patience while listening to my situation.
