I bought something few weeks ago, the cashier, Emma, is nice and helpful!

I felt very unsafe in the parking lot. There were men hanging out in the lot obviously not looking to go shopping. You should have added security and ask them to move along for the safety of your customers and staff

I needed a Kohler Tub in Biscuit and I received great help from Gil in kitchen design department, he found the size and color i needed and he helped me place the order for it. I cannot wait to have this in my bathroom.

i return a wireless handheld vacuum cleaner order#WJ42688153 that i was not satisfied with the product as the suction was not strong as i like it to be. i went to a homedepot to return as per the terms of the purchase i had the option to return to the your near store. the cashier who assisted me was very polite but the"supervisor"helping her was making side comments like:why did you not research before buying? did you not see the power before buying? now no one will buy it used. unprofessional!! if i was not satisfied with the product i should not feel like i cannot return it or get my money back like the terms of the purchases states. the rude supervisor even made a comment as to why it took me 2 months to return it when i was within the 90 days. this lady needs a lesson in how to properly deal with customers. just dealing with her for 15-20 min turned me off and i don't see myself going to that home depot again. so frustrated.

They put Xmas tree in the parking lot while closing the garden center entrance and force buyers to lug the whole tree from lot to the garden center through the main entrance and then back to the cashiers of which none are staffed except half of self serve. Just the dumbest inconsiderate management!

I hate reviews BUT. Don't know. If it's a fluke. Or a new thing? But the staff members. And manager on the floor. At the time I was at this Home Depot. 7:51 AM. November 24th, 2023. Was phenomenal. Polite. Greeting every customer in the aisle with a hello. Good morning. I wish the other Home Depots, I called her. Mill Basin. Maspeth. Long Island City. Can copy this Behavior.

As I made my appliance purchase at the cashiers area while waiting i and my spouse and Home Depot employees were bitten by mosquitoes. Please do something about this pest problem!

I bought a light for my garage with batteries. It's really a help since I don't have electricity in there at the moment. HD always has items like this to make life just a little easier.

This store follows their own set of guidelines. Their bid room minimum is whatever they feel like saying it is for the day. I shop home depot everyday and this store is one of the worst. Go to flushing or maspeth even local building suppliers before this store. You will be ignored while shopping the shelves are barely stocked nobody cares about the customer its all about taking as much money as they can from you for the day. Managers wont even come out to assist customers concerns or questions. You will have your time wasted and money taken.

As a loyal customer who shops around the United States in Home Depot, I found this store to have people working in this store condescending, obnoxious and rude. When needing help, the employees walk away from customers like cockroaches running when you turn the lights on. When you insist on help with something, you receive the overall sigh of 'what do you want from me.' Advertisements over the intercom are not in Chinese, English, or Hindi. The management team needs to be evaluated on their customer service. Hanging out with staff and taking about previous customers that have passed them is bad moral for current customers. So sad that I have to travel miles to Long Island to find excellent service and current products.
