This is the best gift I ever bought myself.

My Home Depot store located at Wilma Rudolph boulevard in Crossville Tennessee it's the best store in the area with the best employees who takes care of you whenever you need assistance. With the help of one specific employee his name is Trevor I was able to start to start my project and I'm very happy about it. See attached pic

While shopping I negligently placed cash in the pocket of my jacket. Somehow, I managed to drop $1000 in cash on the floor. After frantically searching my car, and house, I called the store and asked if anyone found cash. They said they did and then I rushed over to claim it. Upon my shameful arrival, I asked the manager if the person who turned it in was known and they said yes it was an employee Kelly. Kelly I want to thank you so much for your honesty. You gave me hope in humanity!

I love it when a plan comes together. Needed plumbing, drainage, insulation, drywall, lumber, and paint materials. One stop shop.

Each of your employees was very helpful, courteous, kind, and patient. Your locking up of a lot of your products in thick metal cages with huge padlocks that have to be opened by an employee who then is required to "escort" you to the register is embarrassing, demeaning, and shows total disregard for your good, honest and loyal customers. I am not a thief and hate that I was treated like one to buy a chainsaw.

Store was clean and well kept. Items we wanted were in stock.

Great place to prepare your house for the cold weather

We purchased a new LG washer/dryer on 5/21 and the extended warranty by Allstate. on 11/25/23 the washer flooded our den. We called Allstate to start a claim only to find out they are 3rd partied out to a company called Squaretrade. We are continously given repair companies out of other states. 3 appointments now and nobody has showed when you try to contact these companies there voicemail box is full so you can reach nobody and squaretrade just keeps giving you another company with empty promises. Called Ashley/local manager Clarksville Home Depot she did nothing. Made the mistake of just buying a new GE washer/dryer/stove and was suppose to have delivery 5DEC. Someone was suppose to contact us 24 hours prior to confirm delivery and that did not happen and unable to reach anyone in appliances and the manager this morning cannot help us; Unable to reach Home Depot corporate office for help that is a futile attempt. So we have a washer on the back porch since 11/25 that doesn't work and can't get it fixed and unable to even get confirmation on the new one being delivered today.

Found what I needed , customer service stopped me and ask if I found all I needed and I didn't have to spend all day with my trip.

I keep coming to the store because employees help me with project and finding the right tools.

This Home Depot is my go first go to for home improvement and and appliances. There is a great selection at great prices, friendly and informative associates. My dog loves to come with me and check all the aisles.

The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sale.

I went in to buy a Milwaukee drill. They didn’t have the exact item in stock so Cory went out of her way to make sure we were able to order it online and get the best deal. The process took a little bit of time, but we were able to get everything ordered and so far. I am very happy with the way I was treated and helped. Thank you so much Chris .

Every time I come to this location I look for the sales representative named Corey. She is absolutely amazing those a lot about everything and what she doesn’t know she knows who to ask.

Time and time again I don’t get any help loading lumber but yet again on 6/11/23 they where in a circle talking in the isal this time 4 men and yet not a single person helping anyone at all why even have employees when you can never find them and they don’t work. When I got there I told the two women at the check out about a lot of glass broken in the parking lot there respons was o we saw that then if you saw it why wouldn’t you let someone know so it got cleaned up again lazy
