Asked an associate for help finding a specific item.The associate insisted it was in a different aisle but I showed her the location where the tool I needed should be but I was unable to find the specific one. The associate was rude and disrespectful & sarcastically said "I don't know, find it yourself" and then walked away. Spoke to a second associate who was just as disinterested in helping me find the product that I needed to purchase. A customer standing nearby overheard me & actually helped me find the product that I needed. Therefore, I received the help & assistance from a non-employee & was treated with respect & kindness! Greatly Appreciated the assistance from a Good Samaritan! There is kindness & courtesy out there but apparently just Not at this store!

Both employees who assisted me with arranging an installation and comparison shopping were very helpful and knew their stock. Lots of enthusiasm in the store in preparation for Halloween!

I have been going to this store since it opened as it is very close to home. Very seldom have I been disappointed. I would say the online inventory needs to be a little better but that's the only issue I have had. Employees have always been great and helpful.

The man who helped me locate the exact lumbar I needed and asking me the size I needed. He then led me to the cutting machine and asked me twice for sizing information. He then made the first cut and then the second cut after double checking the second size of the second coat from a 4x8 piece of plywood. He was super!
