I bought an outside security ligh and I had excellent help! And I am extremely satisfied with it! Also purchased flowers this spring and I am happy with them !!

My wife and I had a plumbing issue come up under the kitchen sink and things just weren't right when we bought our house. In the first picture, everything is being help up with a scrub brush and when we removed that, everything fell apart. We went to our local Home Depot and talked with Mark and he was very kind and listened to my story and showed him my pictures and then said, "yep, let's go figure this out". He then helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do the job the right way by raising the S-Trap up a little bit and then went above and beyond and drew me a little picture to help me understand what I needed to do. The final picture is the finished project and it was inexpensive and made me feel really good to have received the help necessary and a job well done. Thank you Mark.

There is a closer store to be. But this store is by far the best. Worth the extra time to get there.

Always a great experience when I shop at the Chippewa Home depot. Great and helpful employees, great inventory at good prices.

The employee's make the Chippewa store worth the visit. I would give 5 stars if there were more employee's available at the specialty desk's in the store. While I appreciate the employee's giving their undivided attention to customers designing an entire project, it is frustrating when I have to wait to get a simple answer to one question.

This is my main home improvement store. I do go to others but this is always my first stop. All the associates that I’ve ever sealed with have been extremely helpful and a few have gone out of their way for me a few times.

I came in this morning to finish up my Christmas Shopping. I needed 3 specific items, but could only find 2/3. I searched for almost an hour before finally asking for help. Kylee went above & beyond to help me!! She is extremely knowledgeable & found the exact product I needed! She did it all with a smile & I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided!!

Kylee, Susie and Brandie were phenomenal! They helped me get the tool chest that I’ve been looking for and all-around Great customer service! You guys have a great team! Will definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone!

Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Purchased all supplies from Home Depot!

Far to often surveys look at the stores overall performance and never look at individual events inside the store. Had it not been for an employee named Charles who works in building supplies helping me find what I needed, I would still be looking around. The three other employees I spoke with simply pointed me to the other end of the store and then continued on with their conversation. It's employees like Charles who simply do their job, are knowledgeable, helpful, polite and understanding is what makes shopping in big box stores better. He provided the service that you would find in a small family run hardware store. Charles is the kind of employee that always goes unnoticed and unrewarded because he simply does his job. So thank you Charles for helping me today. I could only hope the folks higher up in home Depot would see this review and reward you for your dedication and knowledge.

Always have what I am looking for

I purchased a Rheem hot water tank four years ago and had to return do to leak. Cashier Ashley, very friendly and customer service oriented took care of me in a timely manner, received help with the return and I had a refund in the form of a Home Depot card quickly. Very pleasantly surprised it went so smoothly.

Someone is always eager to help. Tammy J was super great and helpful at the checkout. Karen always says hi to me, offers assistance and sale prices, and I even get s hug!

Chippewa HD has always been my go to place

I bought a 12 foot Skeleton for Halloween! Kylee and Ashlee went above and beyond to find it. It was showing in stock but couldn't be found. After a few calls and searching Skelly was found. After 2 years of waiting I am the happiest person!!! Elizabeth the cashier was very smiley too!

This store has friendly and knowledgeable Employees. Love this store and always stop when I'm in the area.

Most of employees at this Home Depot are some of the kindness people and provide great service.

Home Depot 4148 in Chippewa is pretty great. The staff are helpful and friendly; the store in generally very clean; customer service and checkout is always nice and quick. It is a Big Box Store though, so keep your eyes open for the discounts and deals; sometimes the online price is a bit better. All the pickup and delivery options are very reliable.

I have never met an employee there that has not been willing to help whenever I ask.....and most times i don't ask for help they ask me if I need help....almost all of the time they will walk me to the location of the article that I want to purchase

Our salesperson, Nancy, was excellent. She was friendly and straightforward without being too chatty or overbearing. She has the credit card application process down to a quick science. Kudos to Home Depot for putting her on the front lines.
