Fit perfectly, and great customer service.

I just like this Home Depot better. It’s my home town and I like the staff. Products are hit or miss depending on what I need. Some tools are the same but that’s not a reflection on this store. Thats corporate bean counters slim lining the stores.

We went here today to look for kitchen cabinet options, walked in and.boxes where.right there, grabbed about 20. Then headed yo kitchen area. 2 associates assisted us and, another one showed us where counter tops were. Then we just kinda walked around a bit before checking out. Ana was very pleasant and funny. I w8sh I remember everyone's names, they also deserve a shout out. Great store. I don't think I've been in this one. Usually go to the one in west spfld.

Tyler at the front desk is an enthusiastic employee whose only mission is to help all customers. He is efficient and kind and one can see that he loves working at HD.

Eric is a great appliance help by all my appliances from him for years. He trusted and very knowledgeable on his merchandise.

The employee Sue was beyond knowledgeable and so very helpful.

Neatly organized, clean and has a lot of stuff that i need at the moment and might need in the future

Some of the material that I was looking for had been relocated to accommodate Seasonal items (Halloween), but the associate, Pamela, Chicopee Store, really new her stuff and helped me to find everything that I needed. Such a pleasant person!

I have been frequenting the Home Depot in Chicopee MA a lot this week due to just moving! Between needing paint, gates, Dollie’s, all the stuff, the staff was awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. The store was stocked with everything I needed as opposed to others that I have had to go to multiple stores. The paint department was helpful and friendly!!!

I buy alot of totes and they work for what I want.

Tracy is an amazing associate she went the extra to help on finding the products that we needed.

I had placed an online order and needed to delete one item and add another. I worked with Mary Kate at the service desk and she was very patient and helpful in getting me the items that I needed.

Every time I go to this store the staff is always friendly and helpful. I always find what I want and if they don’t have it they tell me other ways to get my tasks done. Other stores should follow this stores way of doing things for their customers.

Bought an outdoor dining set. Younger employee named Cody was awesome. Very helpful. Very friendly. Helped load two heavy boxes into our truck. Seeing a younger kid work hard, with a great attitude is something you don’t always see these days.

Looking for a specific item, not on shelf but app said 14 in stock. Tabbi to the rescue, she went above and beyond to locate the item, retrieve it and thanked me for shopping at her store.

The employees are usually knowledgeable in their Department and willing to help. You can tell when a store has good people because you see the same people working there for a long period of time. A place that goes through help quickly tells me the employees are not happy there. Also, and this may seem trivial but the shopping carriages are in great condition! I hardly ever get one that is battered or has a bad wheel like many other stores.

Purchased a Ryobi 40 volt mower that stopped working a year after purchase. Ryobi was very unhelpful in assisting me over a period of one week. In just one day after contacting Home Depot by email, I received a helpful response and shortly after a phone call from the store manager Christina, who was not even in the store working. She told me to bring the mower in and they would accept the return and credit me so I could obtain a new mower. I find this customer service to be above and beyond and should be recognized. Zach the asst manager assisted me in the store and was also very helpful. I now have a new working mower and will continue to buy all my home improvement and outdoor products from Chicopee Home Depot. Thanks again to all involved, I’m very grateful for the help.

ordered two pallets of pewter blocks for a retaining wall to be built by a contractor. they built half the wall and when they opened the second pallet it was the wrong blocks. contractor had to go to the store the next day to pick up the pallet of correct blocks, which i had to pay for,until they could send someone to pickup the wrong pallet a week later. this cost me more and the contractor.

I always have good experiences when I shop here! The associates are always helpful
