I love coming to this Home Depot for everything I need. I just wish they carried more Plumbing fixtures and fittings such as progress. I would buy them every time I got a chance.

I typically don't like going to Home Depot because the employees never help me and I find it really frustrating. This last time I went needing a lot of materials for my bathroom remodel, I started out as usual, a light I wanted said it was in stock and it wasn't on the shelf and the employee I flagged down called the light guy who never came, guy comes back and I asked him about something else (telling him I'll just order the light online I guess), he passes me off to Rick who was so amazing and helped me find and order so many items. Spent like an hour helping me getting stuff down from the high shelves with the lift (including my light!) Best customer service I've ever received at home depot or really any store anywhere. Huge shout out, that man deserves a raise. If it wasn't for Rick I would have just left without buying anything, instead ended up buying like $800 worth of stuff for my bathroom.

The employees at the Cheyenne store are very helpful. They insist on walking you to the item if you ask them where it is. I am not used to this because I moved here from Nevada where they are not very helpful.

The personnel at my Home Depot are always very friendly and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help.

Upon walking into this Home Depot I was greeted and asked if I needed any help to find what I needed, that was suprise #1. Suprise #2 was yet another associate asking if they could help me as I walked toward my intended area of shopping. The 3rd suprise was yet another associate ready, willing, and able to help me find what I needed in that department of the store. Suprise #4 was the cashier who readily assisted me in checking out. I say these things suprised me as having been in many Home Depot stores in many states this has not been the norm for me. Many times I have had to go look for an associate to help me find and gather what I need. This store was a pleasure to shop at each time I have been into it.

I ordered items on the phone to pick up later. They were ready and available when I arrived and was offered help to load into my vehicle. Very helpful & friendly staff.

Carl was extrememly knowledgeable in plumbing and made my buying process stress free.

Went in to look at refrigerators. Staff promptly met us and answered all of our questions about the unit we were looking at. Ordering process was very efficient. Staff very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Jaya, Lexi and Melinda were so incredibly helpful!! I was also impressed by how many women work at this location! As a woman, it isn't always easy to walk into a home Depot and ask for help. I generally find older white men who are extremely condescending and make me feel stupid for even entering the store. However, this time I interacted with almost entirely women, all extremely helpful and kind! I will definitely return!!

Great store and location

I went into Home Depot looking for a light bulb for under my kitchen sink. I had no idea where to go what I was looking for. I had taken a picture with my phone. What are the employees came up to me and asked what I was looking for and he went right to it. It was very helpful. My overall experience was very pleasant.

I love going to HD! Everyone is so helpful! My crazy ideas are always taken seriously, which, as a middle-aged woman, is soooo appreciated! Thanks Brian!

Got some cheap sheet linoleum to use as protection while walking and working on a “ membrane “ covered flat roof. Linoleum worked well.

I am a contractor from Laramie and came to Cheyenne to purchase appliances for a customer and for myself. Both times the staff in the appliance area (a different person each time) where knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them instead of a chore. The washer/dryer combinations were good quality and easy to look up on Consumer Reports.

I went to get some 2x4s. There was a guy receiving help from an associate picking out the things on his list. I've never seen this before and I am truly impressed. I have been really impressed by the plentiful amount of employees available so I don't feel alone in the store outside of the checkout stand. This is very helpful when I need to find something. I'm not interrupting someone and am, able to ask anyone's help find something, even if it's the direction and aisle number. Every staff member is kind and professional.

I am from out of town and needed to pick up an item while in Cheyenne. I needed assistance to find the item and then the price was different at the register. I give 5 starts to the employee who assisted me in finding the correct small screwdriver and helping me. I also give 5 stars to the cashier who helped with the 2 differences in price on the item. (on the receipt her name is Susan)

I've circled the store countless times searching for products, and though I pass a dozen or so associates, none of them will offer to help. Once I went out of my way to ask someone working there for help, and before he even attempted anything, he had to tell me that it's not really his job, or department to help me. In the end, he didn't help me find anything anyways. I always leave frustrated and/or angry.

Checking out at most building supply stores as a pro using various accounts is frustrating. At the Cheyenne Home Depot, it is easy. Even on-line gift cards (the hardest challenge at most Home Depots) are processed properly. Nolan did one for me just the other day and it went so fast I was back on the job in less than 15 minutes, start to finish.

I bought a towable log splitter and the customer service and help I received from employees and the assistant store manager was great. However, after leaving with the log splitter in tow a major metal piece came off the unit and fell into the road causing the driver behind me to swerve hard into the oncoming lane. I contacted the store about this and never received any call back. There was supposedly no manager available when I called. It was a dangerous situation and thankfully no one was injured but also no one at the store seems to care. They were pleasant but there’s no reason that anyone would not contact me after such an event. Long story short don’t trust their assembly people and double or triple check everything.

Call Home Depot and talk to Abby about an item that was on sale somewhere else. They not only Matched the price they beat it. Abby and Kimberly did a great job. Great Customerservice thank you.

Was very satisfied with my experience at the Cheyenne Home Depot. Richard Myers the gentleman that waited on us so very helpful on chosing a washer and dryer. I definitely will be asking for his help on home improvements we are currently doing in our home.

Every time I have come in this store, it's been a great experience! It is worth the drive out west! Do yourself a favor and shop here first!
