The employees at this location go above and beyond every time I've been there. Not all locations have the happiest employees, but this one does. Got my Milwaukee drills there and they've been great to use. I could tell they were a return but they were immaculate out of the box still.

Danni, and many others in the service team are exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all-enjoy interaction with customers (often a long-lost skill).

This is my third renovation for rental properties and my local Home Depot has always been there to assist me with sincere interest in my projects and help keep me within my budget which is very important to me.

My husband died less than a yr ago and I am now trying to do the fix - up projects around the house w/ help from neighbors. I usually don't know what I need but the workers have always been very helpful in directing me to what will work for me. I would not be able to figure these things out without their help. Thank you !!!

I have shopped at this store since opening. I have now re-located from 3 miles away to Mayfield. I still 90% of the time will drive to this location for my store needs because of the service, availability and support. John (One of the Store Manager(s)) keep up the good work! Helped me with pricing on my Milwaukee Packout purchases.

Had a great experience with a washer and dryer purchase. Paul and the store manager made sure I received the best deal as advertised. I will be back

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because it is clean and organized and it's not too hard to find someone to help if I have trouble finding something or a solution. I especially appreciate Charles Benslay who was working in Customer Services on the day I visited and CLS Michael who works in custom kitchen countertops/cabinets. Both gentleman went above and beyond in helping me resolve some project concerns. This Home Depot always inspires me for home projects, maybe too much! I definitely enjoy shopping there.

The gentleman who helped me at the Chardon store went above and beyond. The items I went there for were out of stock (a bulk bucket of elbows), and I asked if the individual items next to it were the same. He gave me the quantity of items that were in the bucket for the bucket price - saving me quite a bit of money, and time I would have to spend going to other stores. He has no idea the ordeal we are going through with a money pit of a house, but this was a very much needed and appreciated bit of kindness shown to us today. Thank you!

This Home Depot is the only one I choose to shop at. They have some fabulous, friendly, and knowledgeable people working there.

The Home Depot in CHARDON (and in HIGHLAND HTS) were excellent on providing help to anyone and everyone who asked for assistance. They'll be my first stop from now on.

I was very impressed with Chardon Home Depot clerks and cashiers. They were friendly and helpful without me even having to ask for help in times where customer service is usually severely lacking from other stores that I have visited.

Any hone improvement item I need I go to Chardon Hone Depot. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional, a rare thing these days!

I “made the mistake” of checking out at CS as my hip was bothering me. The CS assistant was less than pleased and referred me to her Manager because I had the temerity to “ask” to be checked out nearer to where I parked. The Manager made me feel like she was doing me a big favor despite my protestations that my physical shape wouldn’t allow me to walk to the normal checkout. This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

We just purchased a new LG dishwasher. It's exactly what I wanted. I've always envied friends that own LG appliances and when we win the lottery, I already have the refrigerator and stove picked out by LG.

We would highly recommend this store. John, Dept 91, was always there to help, answering all our questions and super kind. The checkout is always fast and friendly.

The people at The Home Depot in Chardon are always friendly and helpful. If they do not have what I need in the store (not able to purchase the item there), they have directed me to where I can purchase it. This level of customer service is a breath of fresh air! I will continue to shop here.

I recieved great customer service on my visit. This store had inventory that was not available at other area Home Depots. I would recommend this store.

Very, very helpful staff. I am always greeted, and when it looks like I need help (often), they are Johnny-on-the-spot, and help with locating items. Very helpful this evening locating the 'last box' of a special buy. Well stocked .. clean .. knowledgeable staff !!!

We purchased a rug, the staff wrapped it up for us, since it was the last one of that design that could be found. The staff showed more in stock but did not find so wrapped this one up. They did not seem put out to go above and beyond to help.

I love how helpful and friendly all of the employees of Chardon's Home Depot are. I can always get help when I need it.
