First cashier Tina was great and friendly. Had to go to her because the other two were to busy talking. After loading item an employee said if it is damaged bring it back we have more. Well it had been forked and you could tell by box. They laid that side down when loading. Good thing is they had in stock. Bad thing only person that made me feel welcome was Tina. I had to break up 5 people talking to get help getting a grill down.

I spend as much time shopping as I do looking for someone who works here. They also got rid of all but one staffed cashier position. Which means you are working for free ringing up stuff you are buying and not even getting an employee discount.

I had been shopping the big box and appliance stores for a dishwasher. I returned to Home Depot because of the patience and knowledge of the employees. The employees at the other stores simply acted like they did not want to be disturbed.

Very positive experience with Aaron the Doors Department. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us pick the right Doors of us. We will definitely be back.

Love to come and visit with Jan at Self checkout. He's always helpful and present. Everyone knows Jan and Jan knows everyone! What an asset to the Champaign store!!

Came into store at 0800. Picked up Ryobi accessories and spied they had more tools up front. Had questions on free tool offer, mispriced tool, and if more tools in back. I walked around for about 10 minutes looking for a worker and couldn't find any. Finally "Rental" guy walks by-says he can't help, but to go to customer service. Customer service calls for help and I go back to area where tools are. Another 10minutes pass and no one shows, I walk back to customer service and he states no one works down there until 9am-another 40 minutes. Really-no one is coming to assist me! I walk out of the store, but figure someone needs to know about this customer service. I walk back in, actually find a worker, and ask for a supervisor. "Tom" comes, I explain what transpired, he apologizes, and assists me. I do end up buying more Ryobi tools thanks to Tom. So I question, did customer service really call anyone? If so, why didn't a supervisor come out to assist? 1-star is for Tom. Zero stars for customer service guy.

I have visited Home Depot’s across the country and this location is by far my favorite! All of their items are always in stock and their selection of Milwaukee tools, and tools in general, is unrivaled!

My wife and I recently purchased a new GE Profile washing machine. We were not real sure on what to buy, but we knew what we wanted in a washing machine. Associate Marilyn Tounshendeaux was very helpful in explaining the controls and how each machine we looked at fit into the category of what we were looking for. She explained everything clearly and gave us time to look around, until we settled on our new washer.

Too often we run through life trying to thinking about starting this and finishing that.. enjoy the journey of what life offers and the challenges that we face. It is nice to know, when you get stumped at what to do next, you get visit your local HOME Depot for ideas, suggestions and supplies to get our projects done. Ordering online was easy. It didn’t take long for them to let me know that the products were ready for pick up or that one of my items was not in stock. I also requested an increase online and was instantly approved. Even though an item of mines was out of stock they had similar options available and I really appreciated that.

We searched every store in Champaign for an electric dryer, this was the best price and it was on stock. Our sales person, Marilyn was great! Her job was made more difficult by the bad attitude of every other employee in the area. It was horrifying. Kudos to Marilyn but honestly Home Depot… it’s time to get rid of some dead weight in the assistance department.

My experience at the Champaign Home Depot has been extremely positive. The employees are helpful and know their products. This Home Depot is my first stop when needing products or home improvement advice.

Kwanna helped me pick out a new washer and dryer. She helped me understand everything else that came along with updating these appliances that were 20 years old. Great experience!

DON'T GO TO THE CHAMPAIGN STORE IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. EMPLOYEES STAND AROUND AND TALK AMONGST THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF HELPING THE CUSTOMER. NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPEND THERE.
