The manager, Jaleisha, started off with perfect assistance at the door! The 2 employees who helped were respectful and Jaleisha stayed to make sure my purchase was painless! I am 59 years old and loading up cement into my car was not something I could have done without help! Thankful for Jaleisha and her team!!

Just bought 2 Husky Mattocks picks; one 2.5 lb and one 5 lb. They are very well made; light and have a lifetime warranty! Priced competitively! One for me and one for my son; he loved it! Time to get the garden tilled!

I go there again and again because of Lakisha at the Paint desk in the morning on weekdays. She is 2 to 3 times faster than her replacement. She always gets the paint right and whenever I encounter I problem with paint, I can ask her and she always has a solution. Give her a raise! She is bringing in thousands of dollars for your company because people return because of her competency as a worker.

I shop at this Home Depot regularly for my household needs and I’ve used it many times in my lawncare business. Great Location; friendly staff and the great Home Depot pricing we are used to. Quick customer service and a well stocked garden center. Definitely grateful for our Chalmette Home Depot!

Not one time that I walk into the chalmette Home Depot and the store is not clean. Every time I go there the employees always greet me and ask if I need help. I will for sure be shopping here again!

Joseph went over and above for me to assist me. I stopped him to ask him for his assistance & despite the fact that he did not work in the specific department that contained the item that I needed, he stopped to assist me & followed me to the aisle to assist me in finding the item. He was kind pleasant & polite. Also, the item that he helped me find did not have a price tag, so Joseph even followed me 2 the register 2 ensure that cashier had what they needed to ring up the item on the register. Joseph went over& beyond for me today. Joseph definitely exceeded my expectations today. He also seems to be well like by his co-workers. I received great customer service today b/c of Joseph!

I have been working on a home I purchased in New Orleans and Lakeisha in the paint department has been such an immense help. She is very knowledgeable and patience when I am indecisive. She makes sure the huge paint buckets are loaded into my basket and she always finds some one to unload them for me. Everyone at this store is wonderful but Lakeisha goes above and beyond.

THE CHALMETTE STORE ,GOOD, I PURCHASED THE MATERIAL AT THE Home Depot ON EARHART BLVD. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO GO TO CHALMETE. TO GET REFUND,NOT SO GOOD. ALL BECAUSE THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT. I TRIED TO RETURN MATERIAL TO GRETNA STORE, WEAS TOLD TO TAKE IT TO STORE ON EARHART BLVD.

the exit door is to leave the building, not come in and disrupt the customers checking out, i shouldnt have to stop what im doing to please a lazy S O B ,for some reason thinks that they are intitled to walk in the wrong door.. the manager needs to put a stop to this practice. FOR EVERY ONE SAFETY..

I was in a rush and the staff helped me find what i needed and get checked out super quick! Even so kind as to give me a slight discount due to a price difference from an online only promo. I usually dread going to home improvement stores but the Chalmette HD folks really make it more approachable.

The chalmette store had a very nice lady at the self check-out. It's not the most helpful store but it's ok.
