I bought my gas water heater few days ago so far.So far it's working well.And the product that I bought was easy to install.

Thid location has way too many people looking for work,and I find this dangerous to me also people selling food and other items in the parking lot occupying parking spots for home depot shoppers

the employee Thien did an exceptional job of explaining the LED Lighting fixtures and their variety of functions, he was extremely knowledgeable, informative and pleasant and definately made for a very positive and favorable shopping experience. Truly and asset to the Home Depot store.

I bought sink strainer and other items the other day a man named Jaime helped me out and find one that works for good price, over all had a great shopping experience.

Great selection on home imporvements goods and excellect customer service.

I am not a do it your selfer - however whenever I need anything related to home upkeep; maintenance; or anything of that matter, The Home Depot is my go to store. Staff are helpful, and know what I need just by me giving some details.

Went in to purchase a car tire inflator.. All come w/no battery so the battery can cost more then the inflator. Employee told me to purchase a drill that came w/the battery needed for inflator for a lower price for a battery and I now have a new drill !

I have shopped this store for more than 30 years!

I came in on a Friday - at lunchtime- and met Andrew in the Paint dept. We both couldn’t believe the problem I had and after a couple of questions and answers- Andrew said follow me and helped me pick the items needed for my wood/paint issue/project. Andrew was amazing and gave instructions on how to apply the items in steps, NOT at all condescending because I was a female. It made my day.

I'm happy that Alexander in gardening looked deeper why a product was not stocked and called in several employees to correct the issue. There was a glitz in computer regarding inventory preventing reorder of a product.

Management and team at the customer service desk are amazing

I visited this store. The management was helpful. The store associates were helpful. It was great customer service they had electrical carts because I am a shopper with disabilities. They were able to go inside and bring me an electrical cart to my car. I was able to find all the things I needed quick and fast the lines were fast and easy to check out and the cashier was nice and friendly as well. The store was clean isles were very uncluttered and they had everything I was looking for from cleaning supplies and they had a great amount of Halloween decor.

I love to shop for materials and tools at the Cerritos Home Depot by far they always have some friendly available to help you locate the items your looking for, this store always has everything you need to do your home and business repairs and upgrades.

Returned items with receipts to Joseph, no question asked. Told him other items that I don’t have receipt. Right away, response was, “you can’t return them”. I’ve asked why not? How about store credit?) which he never offered. He said something that I forgot. Then I’ve asked for a manager. Then told me right away to swipe my card. Items was not in my card(cuz I know). Still did not offers store credit. He says something again, and im getting frustrated. I asked for a manager again and he says swipe your card again. And I swipe my other card, hold and behold items went through. But I just remembered that those items I might have purchased before so I can get my money back. But nooo, he gave me store credit right away, him scanning my ID. Got more frustrated because he should have offers money back in my debit card. I’ve asked for a manager and Front End Supervisor was there with no help to the situation. Made it more difficult. (Maria) doesn’t know how to handle situation with frustrated customer. It got me more mad/frustrated. All I ever want is a store credit and I’ll be on my way. Hector(ASM) came by after about 10-15 minutes later. Told him about my frustrations. Great listener as an ASM. Associates at store 608(Cerritos) needs more training on how to handle customers. If they don’t know how, then just get a manager involve. Make it simple and easy for customers.

There was a manager by the name of Juan, who was super helpful with my visit today he was able to explain where all the items I was looking for where and he was super helpful while doing it

I bought a shower head here today that was long over due since my last one was just terrible, I had a budget for one and the employe who help me was very understanding on that topic and helped me find the shower head best suitable for me.

Staff is always attentive when asked for help. Cashier Miranda was awesome!
