I made an enclosure for the washer and dryer set that I actually bought from Home Depot as well, love the washer and dryer and I especially love the way the enclosure turned out thanks Alisa for all your help

I bought LG washer and dryer set. I’m happy with my purchase which Andrea did her best in order to provide the best deal for me. Installation team were very nice and professional.

I was looking for an item that was shown to be in stock on the website. When I got to the store, there was no stock of that item. Mark was able to find me a great alternative, and Jeff was able to check me out quickly.

Employees were willing to help and provide knowledgeable assistance.

I want everything in the store including a toolbox to fit it in!!!

Three folks helped me complete a special order for an out-of-stock mini blind: Andrea, Roy and Chris and Andrea were very helpful. Chris visually scanned the upper shelves looking for my item. He looked for other stores that might have it. And he put me in touch with Andrea and then Roy, who completed the special order. All of them very helpful.

If you need to go, go late at night (everyone is much friendlier)ask for Julio he speaks Spanish

Great store! I go here all the time for my garden, lighting, paint, wood and housing projects.

I was in the market for a new washer and I was able to get it set up for delivery and haul away quickly. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mark from the garden section (El Con Mall) stood out and made my Christmas tree shopping experience the best I have had in my many years of buying trees from The Home Depot on Broadway and Pantano. I typically expect some young teens/20's kid sitting in the corner who barely know how to use a chainsaw. I was ever so pleased this year where there was an actual caring employee who was there to ask questions about what I actually wanted and helped me to find the best tree I have ever gotten from Home Depot.

I only shop here because at times it is a convenient location,it has gotten worse

I have had so many bad experiences at the El Con store not having what I need or not being able to find the help I need that I have been going to the Pantano Store for most things. This one experience has caused me to decide I will start back going to the El Con mall store.

Every time I shop here I am completely satisfied.

Awesome location with friendly staff

Just a regular shopping experience in the home Depot. nothing too negative to say about this review other than I saw a giant huge spider Jesus if it had contact with any of my fingers it probably would have bit it off.

From the time I walked in where I was greeted immediately, I had help throughout my visit. I am particularly disabled and I appreciated the help so much, the cooler I was getting was heavier than I could have handled. The young employee named either Ariel or Mingo walked me out in the handicap parking lot and loaded the cooler for me. Wow what amazing service.

We were moving our daughter into her new townhouse near the U of A. There was a patio set that she wanted for her balcony. When we saw it, we wanted to buy it but we had a mid-size SUV rental that we were sure the box would not fit in. Mark from Gardening was extremely helpful. He offered up options that included holding onto to pieces of the set as we drove the rest, if needed. In the end, he brought the box to our car, unpacked it and helped us put it all in so it fit and then discarded the packing material for us. But, teh best part was when he picked out 4 accent pillow that he thought would look great with it. We were unsure at first but it turned out to be her favorite part of the set once we placed it on her balcony. It is rare these days to find somebody who will put in the personal effort in these large box stores. Thanks Mark!

Jacquelyn who works at the one on Broadway is extremely helpful. I had walked in with a cut on my leg. She not only helped me with that, she was very knowlegeable about the inventory at the store which is rare these days. Jacquely I would like to Thank you again!! Girl deserves a raise!

The cashierChrystal was very nice and sweet and she started a conversation with me,I would not mind if I see her again when I go back to the store and it would be a pleasure to meet her again.

Your employees that assist with checkout are always knowledgeable and friendly, and our experience today with Renee was even better than most!

I go out of my way to shop at this HD. When I have questions about anything everyone is great.

Awful Customer service at El Con location EVERY time. Always give my 82 year old father a problem at checkout for not having his military status linked to phone number....Way to say "Thank you" to a Vietnam veteran.
