Purchased the 4 door Bespoke with beverage center. Absolutely love it! Rosie and Yollanda are amazing! Rosie took the time to answer all questions we had.

The employees at Central Home Depot are very friendly and will usually guide you to the right department for the product you are looking at. Gary Chance in flooring always goes out of his way to greet me when he says me. I did a large purchase of flooring in 2015 and he still remembers my name. David in evening Customer Service always says hello when I make a purchase in customer service even if he is not the one handling my purchase. He is a real asset to Home Depot.

We consistently experience great customer service, but we would like to give kudos to Chase (Pro-Loader). He was prompt, friendly and offered great customer service for our 10+ trips picking up bricks and pavers. Awesome Chase!

We drove 350 miles to do an attic insulation job in Plano. Several weeks in advance we made reservations and paid for everything in advance. We received written confirmations but when we arrived we were told they had rented the machine out from under us and did not have any available. Mark was the cashier that checked us out paying for a few extra item required on the job. We told him how dissatisfied we were at Beijing left in the lurch like that. He must have talked with the people in the rental shop because he ran ou to the parking lot to flag us down and come back inside to get things worked out and solve our problems. He did and was a pleasure to work with

Recently in the market for a kitchen faucet. Visited store twice. Both times had wonderful service from Jack and James on the faucet isle.

I was in this store today and had the best experience because of Genny, Jim, & Richard! Helpful-Cheerful-Just a Delight! I will absolutely return to this store! We need more top notch customer service like this! They make you want to come back and buy more of anything they have…it makes a difference!

Love there plant varieties

If it weren't for Yollanda, I'd have left the place to never go back. Yollanda is the ONLY customer serviced employee they have! All the others ran from me when they saw me coming for a question, or just completely ignored me by turning the other way!! This place is VERY lucky to have Yollanda. She's VERY friendly, VERY sweet, and EXTREMELY helpful!!! Too bad all their other employees are worthless turds. Ran around the store for an hour trying to find something, and everytime an employee saw me coming toward them, they ran. Yollanda needs a HUGE freeking raise, being the ONLY customer serviced employee in the store!

I've been using this store for about 14 years and have been extremely happy with this place. The employees are for the most part very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The only one who is a problem is Emily, a cashier who is rude.

This store is always tidy and happy employees!

We have bought all of our appliances (washing machine, dish washer, and fridge) from this store, some building materials, hardware, patio furniture, plants, paint and paint supplies, tools, etc. The selection is always what we need it to be and the service is unwavering. They are always helpful and we leave happy customers.

I wanted to take the time to say how amazing Cheryl was. From the moment I seen her at the counter she had a huge smile. A smile that lights up a room. She was friendly and funny. She gave such a good vibe. She was efficient and knowledgable. You can tell she gets to know customers and creates a relationship with them. I’m sure this is why customers keep coming back and why the store has such a high rating. It’s people like Cheryl who really make a difference in the community. She’s one special gal.

Home Depot contractors (Same Day Water Heaters) ignored their own quote and charged me $884.00 in unnecessary install equipment.

This store has a great selection of products, knowledgeable employees, and plenty of cashiers or self checkout registers!

Typical big-box hardware store. There are never enough people on the floor to take care of the customers. It's necessary to hunt for someone, then wait while they take care of someone else. They also require nearly everyone to use the self checkout kiosks, half of which are nearly always closed. I go here because there are no alternatives nearby

Morning, Awesome service ; amazing service experts ;beautiful time and wonderful attitude We want to create another flower bed in our backyard. We wanted to buy the proper edging. I went to our Home Depot located at 1801, West Parker Road, Plano, TX, 75023 to buy the edgings. You open at 6 am. Fantastic indeed. Charlene, Denise, and Paul served me with an amazing attitude. It is a joy to behold. All the three deserve a great bonus and a promotion, please Happy me, Charlie Raman Any ?.

David (the Home Depot customer Service Agent) was professional and delivered exceptional service. I think good customer service starts “after” a sale is made. I had some difficulties with my HD purchase. David, in a very professional manner, explained the circumstances of my misunderstanding and together we worked to address my concerns. David was very helpful and I appreciated his patience and his help.
