Store wasn't busy yet after asking an employee for assistance in cutting a piece of lumber, I waited over 15 minutes at the cutting station while the associate who was told to help me, Rigo, ignored me and continued working on a closed off section. I was on the same aisle in eyesight. He finished what he was doing walked around and did something else, all while I was obviously waiting with my disabled father. If he didn't want to help me, he could have communicated or delegated so I didn't wait so long. I asked someone else for help and eventually got the piece cut by another associate which took less than a minute to do. Went straight to checkout and found the first employee who was told to help me, Rigo, chit chatting with another employee, Charity, and doing nothing. Not sure how talking about hair is helpful. There should be better customer service, communication, and delegation. Ps- also saw a cockroach in the lumber section.

Large online order of lumber was filled and loaded on my trailer very quickly. Very nice employees in this store. Mary Johnson (Pro Account Sales Associate) is the best! Very professional and helpful!

Today I went in the store with questions on how I am going to figure my plumbing problem. Danny came up to me and asked how can I help you and took my issue and solved it. He did not just point to the item and walk away, he stayed and made sure I knew what to do and how to do it.

Home Depot needs to stop acting like they support Veterans with the military discount and only use it to be a typical marketing tool.

We were tired from shopping refrigerators all week and we'd been to 3 other stores that same day, including another Home Depot in Dallas. Willy brightened up our entire day! He was engaging, friendly, not pushy but informative. The store is well kept and had a great display that was clean and well laid out.

But everything‘s going good with the store like that you just basically need to keep it the way it is. People their friendly some of them are very knowledgeable. I would say everybody I ran into there who works there is friendly. I’ll pretty much keep it the way it is and of course the store is clean and that’s very important because even in 2023 that our chain stores were some are clean and some are messy.

I purchased ALL, I mean ALL my entire woodshop equipment from HOME DEPOT. This year it allowed me to hand make all 2023 Christmas gifts with the tools from HOME DEPOT. I go to home depot to relax my mind from depression, anxiety and frustration. the environment calms my mind and Spirit. My wife tells her friends he either at HOME in the woodshop or at HOME DEPOT..same difference

The store made most their check outs self service but only opened only 2. Had lines down the paint isle. The associate maning the checkout (Diane) playing on her phone to not doing her job and telling people to do survey for chance at drawing and rate storev5bstars and her 5 stars. They concentrate on doing job and not begging for ratings they might get them

The employees here were very friendly and made my trip easy and quick!

I am so sick and tired of having to check myself out when I purchase something! When you start sending me a W-2 is when I'll happily check out my products. Until then, you need to have cashiers available to help

I routinely stop by Home Depot to purchase Garage Door Openers and I can't recall the number of times that this store may not have had the brand or number of operators in a particular model that i was looking for, today the inventory was FULL!

I always find what I need for every task inside or outside my home for an excellent price.

The store really scored a 10 have been shopping here at this store for about four years with no complaints.

Every visit to home depot an associate snatches my items from my hands in the self checkout like i am doing something criminal or nefarious. It is ver painful to have this happening to me while other customers can check out on their own

I stood at the paint counter while multiple employees walked past me and the rest of the line. The ladies at checkout saw me waiting and hadn’t acknowledged that I was standing there waiting for over 30 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and the response was he was busy helping someone. The customer service manager came and I voiced that nobody acknowledged me waiting or said the paint guy was at lunch and the manager said he was covering but was busy helping others. No apology.

I went to Home Depot Cedar Hill because online this location had 21 of the RYOBI One 18V drills that were on sale. Upon getting to the department Mr. Otis was working and I asked for help retrieving the drill from locked bin. Once he removed the drill in the location labeled for my choice of drill it turned out to be stocked incorrectly and was more expensive; he took the sku number and researched until he found them stored above on the top shelf in brown boxes, got ladder opened box and gave me one for purchase. It was so pleasing to experience such great customer service.

Stood in returns line for almost an hour. Only one person working there. It’s seems they’re trying to save money and let machines do the work. Better to shop at Lowe’s.

We own a contracting business and shop at this store several times a week. Many of the employees are rude and not helpful. However, I would like to recognize Savannah in the paint department, Mary in the pro desk area and another employee by the name of Elvis. All of them are very helpful and friendly. I would say that there are more rude and unhelpful employees than there are friendly employees unfortunately so I just wanted to recognize these three employees.

I was very please today. I walked in looking for a spray nozzle. As I'm standing and looking around. A young lady approached me and asked me if I needed help. I replied yes and I explained to her what I was looking for. She proceeds to help me. She asked everyone on the isle if they needed help. Excellent customer.

The customer service employees at the Cedar Hill Home Depot should be terminated. They dont know the stores policies and therefore cannot provide a resolution nor do they express interest in resolving problems. The answer is always NO. When I go to Grand Prairie South or Mansfield Home Depot with the same issue I get profession quality resolutions.

store usually has what I want but not always. Alis all cluttered up very difficult to get through yo what I was looking for, very difficult to get to the product for loading.

I get all my household items, paint, air filters, tile, etc from this store
