I'm a regular at the Valley HD stores and am pretty self sufficient. But I seriously needed help to find the last of some disconnected flooring. Two other HD locations sent me to figure it out on my own. But this location found what I needed on the top shelf, got it down etc. Sounds like no big deal, but after the pure run around at the Tatum location this was very appreciated!

I was in shopping and a manager named Liz was being very rude and unprofessional to customers and employees

The CaveCreek Store has to be one of the most customer friendly Home Depots in the Valley. The store manager Aaron is always there for you. One time I was under a deadline on a project that needed 8 exterior doors. Aaron offered to drive them personally to the site.

We just love this Home Depot because of the outstanding staff. We are there often and always have 2-3 employees ask if they can assist us. The customer service is by far the best of any of the businesses we frequent. Thank you Home Depot. Please keep being the best. We appreciate it!

I purchased soil and the cashier made it easy so I could just load it in my truck by just bringing one bag in. We could have taken a picture of the bar code which she offered but unfortunately we didn't have our phones this trip.

Mike helped me out today and he really went above and beyond. Helpful and friendly.

Do not ever get paint at this location its always mixed wrong

These two Second shift employees carry the show over there. Kyle will go above and beyond to help you find a solution even if the store can’t provide one and Wanica is super patient and understanding at the register and will protect your stuff at all costs if you have to go back and find something else.

I have consistent problems at home depot, late deliveries, incorrectly picked will-call orders, used and/or defective items in new packaging, and low quality merchandise.

The young man came with me, pulled the heavy concrete boards off the shelf for me, wheeled them to check out, two of them opened the closed aisle to facilitate my purchase, both were kind and courteous, and a third wheeled it out to my car and loaded it. Three cheers for perfect customore service! In and out in 10 minutes! Bravo Team!!

Returns though rare are never a problem

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. I am very glad that they are dog friendly so I can bring my dog Lucy inside. She loves to meet the associates and get treats. After we shop inside, she loves to go out in the nursery and smell the plants and meet more friendly associates.

I came to the store to buy wall shelves. The price on line for that store showed 3 dollars less than what was posted on the shelf in the store. Sharon greeted me when I approached the register, handled the price issue and was most pleasant. Sharon remembered me from a previous transaction and smiled. She was attentive, positive and courteous! Hold on to her!

This Home Depot has the friendliest most helpful employees of any home improvement store I have been to. Always people there to help and they know exactly where everything is! I am so impressed with everyone!

I have been shopping at this location for over 10yrs and never had a bad experience but also have never had an experience that made me want to take the survey or write a review. Today was an exception. My husband and I received phenomenal customer services by the ladies handling the self checkout this morning. They were beyond helpful, friendly and relatable. They worked quickly, while still remaining personable. Zelene in particular helped us the entire transaction ensuring we received the discount we noted from an aisle sign. Not often are employees eager to assist let alone ensure a discount was received.

JP who works in lumber is an outstanding individual. He goes above and beyond for the customer.

I bought a Ryobi battery and charger. I was disappointed in the performance of my power tool and was told the battery was not large enough. I returned it, full refund and purchased the battery package I needed with a BONUS! Great advice and service.

It's a bit of a long story so I'll keep this short. Needless to say, Aaron, the manager at the CaveCreek Home Depot, listened to my story and displeasure on a recent delivery of a Hot Water Heater. He didn't even ask me any questions but decided to just take action and fix my problem. It was fixed within an hour and new Hot Water Heater was purchased and at my home. Kudos to his team that day. Jeremy, Troy, and Shaydee. Thank you again so much.

I love my Home Depot and today on 2 separate visits I had the pleasure of 4 different employee offer to assist me and 3 that did assist me with my 2 transactions . I also went to this Home Depot about 3 times a week during the pandemic to remodel my home. Always greeted with smiles and offers to help me.

Young employees seem to be bothered if asked a question and don't have a problem answering "I have no idea" instead of helping the customer. This seems to be a recurring problem since all the Home Depot stores in the valley recently hired young incompetent people.

I walked in with a saw blade for a De Walt device. In 2 minutes, Sandy referred me to Josh who helped select exactly what I needed. Total time, about 8 minutes!

We were shopping for plants, etc. When we checked out Laina was helpful, friendly, professional and courteous - we enjoyed the experience tremendously!

I’ve never tiled anything and was tackling a shower tile above a recently installed tub with surround. Donna helped me get everything I needed for that project!

I needed batteries for my Ryobi tools and was very confused about which ones to get. Dan was able to explain them all to me and then was able to help me find the perfect cordless vacuum to clean up all the leaves in my yard. Made my day!
