I ACTUALLY HAD FUNNING SHOPPING FOR A CHANGE

Always have a great shopping experience. Matt Eleanor and Abdus always make my shopping they’re easy. They know me by my first name. Always ask if I need help. The only thing I would suggest is get the orders out of the isles. But the employees do help us move carts out of the way. As Home Depot gets more and more phone calls and phone orders it seems like there will be more and more orders in the way. I suggest an outside carport or small warehouse to put all the phone orders get them out of the isles.

I generally not a fan of warehouse type stores that overwhelm you with so many choices. But honestly my Home Depot makes it so easy to find the things you need quickly and efficiently. The Associates are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have and if you can't find something they will gladly find it for you. They greet you with a smile will help you out to the car with your purchase if needed. Clean store,knowledgeable staff, great prices all in one place? Win Win for everyone!! Thank you Home Depot!

I like this store. It's clean and organized. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and the staff is very helpful. I don't mind driving there from Ravena.

I usually have a good experience here unfortunately the past few times have been frustrating. Lamar/Melanie are terrible and it seems impossible to actually get a product that is in the store but not on the shelf. The few lazy employees here have really ruined this store. I would like to say all the other employees are always a pleasure to deal with.

I find the people that work in this store are kind, professional and help you when you need. What is also nice is if they don't know the answer they don't read the package, but try to find someone who does know.

I ordered my 12' skeleton on line. Was super happy with my experience at this store. So many horror stories of the Skeleton's 'going missing' in stores. Not my great store! Very grateful for the wonderful customer service I receive here.

This Home Depot has a lot of great deals on products everyone needs to do projects. I am speaking as a homeowner who does all the work around my house. Everything is well organized and they have experienced employees who are very knowledgeable.

I'm always happy with my purchases and rarely do I have to return anything.

Employees knew the departments they work in and also could direct you to areas in the store.

Recently purchased a Dishwasher in February. I am very pleased with it. Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for and the right price!

Home Depot never fails me at all ! I started shopping there when it opened and will always shop there. It is only 34 minutes from my home and feel like I ma treated very special every time I am there. I don't feel like just another / number customer.
