When no other store have items casselberry usually does! My experience today with Jason (young man who helped unload a return) and Tee (who processed the return… was super satisfying. Such good friendly professional service.

Went in half hour before close and I knew exactly what I needed and the cashier Ryan was extremely rude. I didn’t linger past close as my check out time was 7 mins before close. The atmosphere in the store is toxic toward customers. Whatever problems they have with working there they need to not take it out on the customers. Wish they have a vending machine setup at all the locked cages for commercial account holders and you can swipe your card for access as no one man’s the areas and they carry on conversations with each other al play around on their phone instead of helping. I say this as someone who used to work retail 30 years ago.

I went to purchase a washer because mine broke. Jay Kohr the specialist was simply Amazing! He took the time and effort to explain every step of the purchase and delivery process ! Not only did he do that but he also followed up on his promise to call me back prior to the delivery and follow up after the delivery. Often times we do not recognize the associates who do good work and go above and beyond so I wanted to make sure Jay is recognized for going above and beyond to help a customer. He did exactly what he said he was going to do !! Great Home Depot Associate !!

This is not my usual HD store - I was picking something up out of my normal neighborhood and found this location to be convenient. This is the nicest HD I have been in. The shopping was a pleasure, thanks to the in-store stock, helpful employees, and nice, clean environment.

We are so happy that we were able to buy our new range from Jay in the appliance department. He was very helpful in working with us to choose the right stove and also took the time to walk us through all the steps in the delivery and warranty registration process.

We are so glad today was the day to go to Home Depot! We have been shopping for a new oven for a while and this morning the washer bit the dust. We didn’t see the model we had in mind so we ask Nikki for help. She was amazing. She was so patient with comparing products answering questions and making sure all our needs were met within our budget. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The associate who assisted us John Garrett went above and beyond with his great customer service. Most individuals working the floor with tell you or guess what isle a product you’re looking for is on. John Garrett we out of way as to not only tell us what isle the product we were looking for was on, but he actually walked with us and showed us different options we were able to choose from. John EXUDES CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST!

My husband and I purchased a dishwasher today with the help of Jay Kohr in the appliance department. Jay was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. It truly felt as if we were purchasing from a small "ma & pop" shop based on the treatment we were given. Jay was so kind and helpful from start to finish, and we walked out of store feeling great about our purchase. We made the decision to go ahead and order the dishwasher with the current sale price, and there were only 30 mins left before store closing. Jay was absolutely happy to help us, regardless. We are in the process of updating our kitchen appliances, and we will be back in the near future to work with him, again.

They made getting my product possible. I can't thank them enough. Sue and Natalia are the best!!!!

Garden Center was chocked full of plants of all kinds including plants for Easter holiday. Was able to complete my list & have time to plant all in same day. Thank you for being my "go to" store.

Staff is great, particularly Jay in appliances and Stephanie in kitchens.

Our Appliance Specialist Jay, was very knowledgable of the washers in the store and reassured us that the one we were consodering was a very good machine and that it was for sale an an excellent price.

We went in to look at parts or a new pressure washer since ours broke mid-project. Being out of state and planning on leaving shortly, we did not have the time to repair it. John L., though officially from another department, guided us through the store and assisted us in the purchase of a new pressure washer. He was fantastic—kind, concerned, helpful, and knowledgeable. Whatever he is getting paid, he should get a raise!

He was attentive, charismatic, and helped us make an informed decision about our purchase. He went above and beyond and made us feel valued and cared for. The store is neat and organized and the employees are great, specially Jay!!! We’ll definitely be coming back because of the customer service received.
