Lying stealing, cheating, misdirection confusion. This place is a crap show managers here worst managers ever seen in any establishment ever in the United States.

I bought this a month ago and I’m so glad I did! It looks good in my laundry room.

Love the way you are greeted upon entering store

Besides finding exactly what I needed with the help of store staff, I was checked out in garden center by a wonderful woman, Melva, who was the epitome of customer service!

Looked for a combo that was advertised online and they didn't have the exact one in but they made a package deal for me to get me taken car of the same day.

Having just moved to the area from the other side of the country, it was refreshing to encounter a consistently positive shopping experience throughout the store. Every employee was willing to answer questions and be of service to help me and my husband find what we needed for our new home... from simply finding products in the store to solving challenges with special orders.

Staff is extremely friendly and so helpful!

Replacing major appliances is always so stressful for me, it's great to have a store where everyone is always so helpful!

Purchasing a new dishwasher was fast and pleasant.

I went in to find some Christmas things that are seasonal I was greeted as i walked in the store. I asked an associate for help and they were pleased to do so. He took me to what I needed and I was out of there exactly what I needed. The cashier Tamara was happy and smiling the whole time and told me to have a good day as I left the store with a thank you for shopping.

It's ny go to Home Depot for Milwaukee and other tools. Only frustrating part of my experience when shopping here, so there's no staff near by when I need a parts or tools. I, the customer have to go hunt down an associate just to unlock the cage to the Milwaukee tools.

I have just purchased a new refrigerator with ice maker. My next wish is to have my kitchen remodeled.

I have been going to the Casa Grande store forever and have rarely been disappointed! I have used other locations at times but the one in Casa Grande is always stocked with the items I am looking for, easy to locate, easy to browse, has a pleasant vibe, and the associates are, in general, willing and able to assist me. I’ve had very few disappointments during the many, many trips I’ve made to this Home Depot store over the years.

I bought a tool cabinet and the service I received was amazing!

this is one of my favorite Home Depot‘s. They treat you like a person they fix the problem when there is one they help you find anything you need and they take the time to listen to your needs. It is truly one of my favorite Home Depot‘s every time I’m in town and I go to Home Depot a lot this is the one I prefer to go to. They always have everything I need.

I walked in the store confused and not sure where to find the item I was looking for but a salesman ( name John or Joe in gardening ) who was busy just happened to see me asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed what the store had to offer. From there he checked the pricing and found that it was on sale. Once I decided that I wanted he even took it to the register for me. What else can you ask for in a shopping experience.

Chris from plumbing is super helpful! He could visualize what we were trying to accomplish and figured out what we needed to get the job done. Thanks Chris!

Forgot product at register and Orlando ran it out to the parking lot so I didn't leave it.

Bill in garden is the best and the only reason to continue shopping at this location.

Since moving to Casa Grande a few weeks ago, all of my new home projects have been met by Home Depot and their hours are most convenient for my busy schedule.

I love this store, they always have what I need for the many projects I have going on.

Due to buying house in casa grande I needed some appliance. Unknown to m there was a sale going on and it was last day for it. Arrived an hour before close due to the fonal walk through lasted 3 hours after i worked all day. Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable for the customers he was helping. This did take time 40 min of time but it was regarding appliances. I mostly knew what I was wanting but my question on the concern of front load washer leaking had Peter saying that was not a concern these days but odor tends to be with some and gave me direction on a ge brand.( one that I had checked elsewhere with the lg I first said I wanted). I decided I hated both the white and saphire. PETER unlike other store rep looked up model and seen a new color was released and in route to arrive jan 6. Same day my lease at apt ends. I also asked peter about fridge i wanted and said how there would be no available water hook up and i wanted large fridge and freezer section he showed me a lower cost side by side with plenty of room. All in 10 min.. shame they didnt have more help during last day of sale

I entered the store with a shopping list and a mission, but I could not find the first item on my list. Chris saw my frustration and took it upon himself to guide me throughout the entire store from item to item. He even suggested a few other items that I'd been meaning to put on my list and had forgotten. Then, when my cart was full, Manny sent me to Customer Service to check out because there was no line there. What a wonderful, awesome experience on a day when it would have been so easy for both gentlemen to be "overwhelmed" by customer demands. I can't thank these two men enough for making this Black Friday stop a brilliant success!

We've been shopping at this Home Depot location for over 13 years now and it is still our go-to home improvement store. I was recently very surprised that I was allowed to return a product I had purchased 6 months and 4 days prior (it was still in the box). I had measured wrong and did not realize until we were about to start on the project. The refund was in the form of store credit because the transaction was so old, but I was very impressed that they took it back ... it was a $457 item so I was glad I did not have to eat that.
