I went into the store looking for plumbing parts for a home repair. And as usual, I didn't have a clue where to find the parts. I was helped by 3 employees to find the right aisles and to find the right parts on those aisles. One helpfully asked if I might need plumbing tape. Finally, at the checkout the cashier was super friendly and even offered a bag for the dirty parts I was holding in my hand.

Have always liked Home Depot but this trip was special. Sales person Shelina made us feel at ease and made our purchase process less stressful and fun.

I'm in there at least 3 times a month and everytime is successful. I find what I need or I get a great idea suggestion from one of your service associates. I appreciate that they are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to share it and help out their customers.

I've been going to this Carmichael, CA store for 20 years now and I can't remember a time when folks were unhelpful. Occasionally, I'll ask a person not familiar with what I need but they find someone who is to help. I've purchased a lot of materials, tools, etc. I'm happy with all of my experiences.

I’ve been to many Home Depot stores on a regular basis and the Carmichael store in Sacramento has the most helpful, friendliest and amazing employees I’ve seen yet. They like their jobs, put the needs of the customer first and always thank you for shopping at their store. It makes for a better shopping experience overall. Came here to get a power tool for Christmas. I had no clue about power tools, but Justin offered to help me after seeing me struggle. He was patient and courteous. Something you don’t experience during the busy holiday season but nope, he was awesome!

I've compared different home depot locations. Carmichael by far better location. I like to shop one stop shop not drive to other location to find what I need. They are alway stocked friendly staff. Look for David he'll give you great service.

Joe in Appliances and Rob in Garden are incredibly kind and helpful and made my shopping experience a great trip! They make the Carmichael store my favorite Home Depot!

I've been shopping at the Carmichael, Ca location every since it opened in early 80's. It has become my go-to for all things related to home improvement, except for Husquavarna products. I know where everything is. I even rented lawn equipment just a few days before I made my purchase today.

I came to the store looking for an item. I was greeted by an employee and was directed to the correct location. The same employee checked me out and was courteous and helpful.

The stores always clean and well stocked, price tags are always present and staff are always friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend this particular location enough, it's my favorite HD to shop in the Sacramento area

I saw several RVs and trucks around the parking lot, where people are living! Trash everywhere, looks like a dump! They have cameras, but no enforcement! Kinda funny. I felt a little uncomfortable walking through the parking lot! Probably will not return to this Home Depot! Terrible!

Cole picked up five 80 lbs bags of stucco for me in the store and loaded them into my car and didn’t even think of it as hard. He smiled the entire time and said “No problem” and then shared that last week he had to load forty 80 lbs bags. We laughed and he made me feel grateful for young people.

On our visit recently the cashier was very friendly and helpful. She was training and the trainee was included very well. I actually enjoyed talking with Caralee, the cashier. Interaction was pleasant, not so robot like.

I’ve been to the competition’s stores only to find their associates to be sour, unknowledgeable, and basically unhappy to be working. I found the exact opposite at this Home Depot. The store was well stocked and. everyone I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. I’ll be back.

Employees are always very helpful

I’ve shopped at this store for almost 20 years and the store is very clean, well stocked and I find the employees helpful ; especially when I can’t find an item.
