The bright display of bulbs made for a welcoming experience. To be immediately asked if I could be helped was reassuring. To be accompanied to the area I needed for the product I was to purchase was more than expected. To have an associate discuss the differences between similar products was helpful. To be thanked for visiting the store and purchasing a product was beyong good customer service.

Our goal was to order 12 Venetian blinds of different sizes. Each measurement was entered separately on the order form, and they will be delivered to our church.

I needed to rent a carpet cleaner for post-Thanksgiving messes. Not only did Home Depot have a short term rental (4 hours vs 24 hours), the price was much less than at competitors…and I was even able to use my military discount upon return. Thanks, HD!!

Second time having to return something at this store, and both times Jada helped me out. She is extremely thorough, and makes the process fast and easy. Definitely one of the better Home Depot’s in the area. Clean always stocked, and full of helpful employees

I rushed into Home Depot after a work LONG day, I had an idea of what I was going to create; however, since this is a DIY, I have no hands-on experience. It was refreshing to have access to an expert during the evening hours, 19:00 (7 PM). Brian, the expert, is knowledgeable about the products. He spoke confidently; he answered my basic questions and offered ideas to help my project be easy to complete. I feel confident in the project items I purchased.

I've never seen such a helpful staff and glad to see you shopping at this store.

The item that I needed required me to go to several areas in the store. In every area I felt so important to the staff.

Fantastic employee friendliness

I was shopping to replace a broken dishwasher. My refrigerator is 16 years old. Mr. Taylor was very knowledge about the appliances and store policies and helped me decide to replace both and be done with it. You can live without a dishwasher but when the refrigerator quits it is an emergency.

Cashier Sean in the garden center was a hard worker and did his best to resolve any problems checking out and took care of business. (my card had a scanning issue he resolved). Thank you!

Everyone we had contact with was asking if they could help with anything. When we have questions on the vacuum the answered our questions and we bought the product.

Great customer service in the garden center and the team members loading mulch. This is just one example. I have had other great experiences since this is my go-to store for maintenance on my home.

I stopped in to get more mulch that my husband bought the day before. AJ was actually at the door, greeted me and offered to take me to where the specific mulch was (I had brought one of the bags). She proceeded to help me load my mulch and even helped me put it in my car. All with a smile and kind words.

I had a return and needed to buy a new bathroom light/fan. They brought up a second person to help with returns quickly. I didn't know where to get my new fan and stopped for a second. An associate asked if I needed help. They then pointed my right where to go. This store is always well maintained and clean, with plenty of good help.

Greg in Millworks knows doors; if you need a new patio door, go see him. He will inquire as to your needs, he'll research the products available, and he'll provide answers to all your questions.

I bought this product after looking after going through all the reviews. My yard is relatively small. It was easy to start using the mower after going through the videos. It is very quiet and works really well. Since I had other Ryobi products, I had enough batteries to switch around.

We had an awesome experience buying our front entry and storm doors. Staff eager to help and ensured we received the sale price even though our door wouldn’t be installed yet.

Sylvia, my appliance specialist, was simply amazing!! She listened to what I needed and delivered with a smile! She even escorted my wheelchair bound father in law to his next shopping destination. She nothing but customer service personified.

Normally when I go to Home Depot I cant for the life of me get help. I was approached by several employees that helped me with my needs...and the cashier Kim was incredibly friendly and made my whole day. I will shop at this location from now on.

If you need new appliances, go to this store and ask for Sylvia, she is GREAT.

Purchased a dishwasher and received great service from the store. I will definitely visit again.
