I had a project and I wasn't sure how I was going to do it. The manager asked if I needed any help and I told him what I was doing and we came up with a solution. He then had an employee load my cart, take me through checkout and load my car. Fabulous service!!

Great selection of everything i needed.

I just bought some Makita power tools this morning which I honestly don’t know nothing about. The female who helped me in the power tools section was very patient with me. It took out the stress in buying power tools that I am not familiar with. Also, the female in the self checkout cashier line including her manager were also nice. They were able to get me 10% military discount.

I wasnt going to purchase any Chrismas items. However, when I saw this 4ft. angel as a decoration for Christmas I had to buy it. Not only was the price reasonable, but it was beautiful too.

My mom and I went into Home Depot with a broken suitcase, and found out it was also missing some pieces which we'd have no idea how to fix ourselves. We encountered the nicest customer rep named Matt T (a supervisor in hardware) who not only helped us find the missing screws and bolts, but also helped us install everything which took about 30 minutes. This was completely voluntary on his part and he wouldn't even accept tips or a Christmas gift. His help is the best Christmas present ever for us and especially my mom, as the suitcase has deep sentimental value for her and has been with her for over 20 years. Thank you so much, Matt T and Home Depot Campbell!!

The staff was super friendly and when we asked about surge protectors, he walked us over to a few products that he recommended.

If you have questions or need help with your gardening, Alfonso is your man. This gentleman literally walked around the gardening area with us, helped us pick out plants/flower, and explained how to care for them. Outstanding job Alfonso!

Recently purchased a Lawn Mower, trim, hardware, tools, garden items, paint, etc. etc. We shop there a LOT!!!

Byron overcharged me on items and then he had the nerve to blame the mistake on me and telling me I rushed him. He lacks customer service, lacks honesty and no credibility at all. Get another job!!

David was my cashier at CV Home Depot gardening dept. he went above and beyond to help my Mother and I enjoy our shopping experience. He was very kind to us. I would like him to know that he will be looked for during future Home Depot visits.

Becky in self checkout is whats great about Home Depot. Hard worker, helpful and honest. Becky in checkout is the best.

Vanessa and Tom were such a huge help in helping me find the correct paint and making the return process so smooth. They were really nice!!

I bought different varieties of African daisies in the past when I used to own a home in Sunnyvale . I de root them and replanted them about 11 yrs ago and I still have them blooming every yr. For the last 5 yrs we also have a grape and steak tomato. The grape tomato survived only 2 yrs and got some nasty green insects that killed them but the steak tomatoes and my green bell peppers are still blooming every year.

They normally have everything I need. However shelves, especially in lumber are poorly tagged or missing pricing tags. SKU search doesn’t find product when scanned. Lumber quality is subpar. Usually very wet and bowed. Lumber dimensions almost always inaccurate. Cashiers don’t know policy on gift cards.

Store very clean and presentable

The staff at Home Depot in Campbell has always been every friendly and helpful even MARIA in the garden center went out of her way to help me with 20 feet of bender a board to fit in my Prius. This time Jonnas in the door section real helped me. It's nice to see a caring staff.

I like visiting the store, there is a large selection of items, basically all needed for work and home renovation including special offers

Easy to order window, easy to approach with stuff because they know my needs.

This is the store close to my home, I visited it very often but I noticed a lot of time , it's short of storage for some product.

Go see Bob in the appliance department. He is knowledgeable and efficient-he’s a gem.

I bought cleaning supplies and the store was well stocked and had good value.

Front desk appt. scheduler, a male, was very efficient by calling the floor manager by microphone several times so I could speak to manager personally. Exceptional Floor saleswoman and Head cashier both efficient and helpful.
