I want to thank Leo in the plumbing department. He gave me the knowledge to fix a plumbing problem. I discovered a leaky faucet that had to be fixed at my house. I have very little knowledge about plumbing, except every time you work on plumbing in one spot, it creates another issue down the line (maybe that is not typical of everyone's experience). I have always been the flashlight holder, then my husband passed away and I need to make some of the repairs. So, I took pictures of the problem and headed to the closest Home Depot. I was helped by Leo in the plumbing department that morning. He helped me find all the things I would need to repair the problem; pipe, connectors, and the faucet I would need. He layed it out on a table and showed me just how to fix it. I took a picture of that, too. I knew I'd forget once I got home. When I had all the parts, I was able to fix the faucet. I can't tell you how good it felt to turn the water back on and nothing leaked. Woo hoo!! What a relief! I may have danced around a bit! Thank you for your patience and explanation, Leo!

I love an organized store I always am in a hurry so it’s good to know and see everything clearly

This is where i go to decorate and fill my garden woth gorgeous plants. It has became a special trip for my daughter and I.

The product I bought and the customer service was beyond my expectation. I'm already thinking about what else do I need from this homedepot store.

I was able to find the exact parts I needed verses other stores I went to, at least at this location.

I have been to Home Depot about 2-3 times every few days for my clients and for my personal kitchen project and I love Home Depot. Prices, customer service, availability for questions and ideas-- this is a one stop shop.

The three employees I asked for help were lazy and more interested in their private conversations with each other than helping a customer. Wish I had videoed their indifference.

Associate (Dylan) was friendly and professional. Very unexpected in these busy times.

Honestly, the quality of service varies based on the department. Today (1/5/2024), I had to visit the store to pick up items which should have been delivered. Why? Despite the notice that the drop off did not require my presence (I was still asleep when the delivery was attempted), the delivery person left citing an inability to deliver the items. Had the delivery person approached my front door and knocked or rung the bell, my pups would have waken me with their barking. Doesn’t make sense. Anyway, the trip to the store was useful as I needed additional supplies for the job. I’ve also had a delivery that was supposed to have been white glove, left outdoors. On the other hand, I am pleased with the service at the pickup counter. No matter how late I arrive, the staff is always upbeat and helpful. The floor staff are helpful and sometimes accompany me to the location of the item that I need (I have limited knowledge of tools and accessories) and often try to do simple tasks on my own. Overall, I’m mostly satisfied with this store.

Went to purchase window shutters, found out they no longer carry them at store, but could be order for me online, didn't know several sizes and colors where available, Always purchased what was available at store, thought they only came in black and in standard sizes. Glad I found out otherwise. Love my store.

I went for artificial grass cut to my specs & while there were several decent choices there's apparently only 1 employee who can use the cutting machine & good luck finding him. It too me 30 minutes to find help then 10 more to get it done.

Mr. Thomas made my shopping experience wonderful! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind and willing to go the extra mile.

Maybe it’s just me. On my last visit I was looking for two items that showed as in stock. Neither item could be found on the shelves. Three staff members, in turn, when I asked for help, advised me to look on different aisles, and none of them bothered to assist. One young man I asked twice, after he misdirected me, and he just walked away, mumbling that he didn’t know where it was. I left empty handed. Frustrated.

I always enjoy shopping at The Home Depot. The staff is ready, willing and able to assist you with anything. I am not much of a handyman and they never make me feel dumb when I ask questions.

Store is in shambles, inducative of poor management.

I went to home depot looking for a specific light I saw on tik tok and as someone who doesn’t often go to home improvement stores I was pleasantly surprised by a supervisor named Jay’s amazing service helping me out finding the item. Most other stores would just tell me what aisle the item is in, in passing but this store is definitely not like other ones!

I misplaced my receipt and was still able to get store credit with I didn't mind because I was going to buy more materials anyway. Thanks everyone working at this home depot

I walked in looking for a product to help clean the tile floors in my home. The customer service I received from a representative named "Mia" at this location was just amazing. It brought me back to the days prior to the pandemic. It's reps like her that make you wanna purchase in store rather than online. Extremely helpful and a great experience
