It is every time I shop in this store, what a challenge to get to any area, or shop, or move around safely.

Every time I have to shop at the HD in Bulverde it is a horrible experience. The building materials, lumber, roofing, doors is a disaster every time I shop here. The back yard is turned into a dumping zone, damaged product, extreme amounts of lumber, soils overstock. This location has no concern for the neighborhood.

I have 3 ea. Home Depot All built with materials and appliances from Home Depot. I am now starting a New Cottage with products from Home Depot.

Everything I have ordered from there is top quality!

I went to this store this afternoon and look for several items. The first item showed to be in the store but was not in the bin. Store employee Kacey started to help me look for it and when she had trouble she solicited the help of a man name Joe to help. Between the both of them they actually helped me find all items that I was seeking. Joe even had to find a ladder to look up above the find one of my items. Joe and Kacey are truly great employees and team members of Home Depot.

Have always had excellent help for store personnel. If they did not have an item, have offereed to order it if Home Depot carried the item. Have also made suggestions when an item was not one they carried. The Buulverde Store has always had outstanding cutomer service. I used this facility for almost everything I need.

Really enjoy the spring branch Home Depot because it’s always on point with their customer service and Smiles makes my day when I go to leave from there thinking that I was taking care of professional way

Good quick visit as they had what i needed and check put was quick.

Went in for kerosene,and no one could find it. They said they had it,but didn't know where it was. I went to get some wrenches that were locked up. Talked with one guy said it wasn't his area,and never stopped walking. Finally got with the right guy he was a smart alec,and said lets go he gave me the wrenches never said a work. I had to get out of there ,and will never ever go back!!

I always have great experiences with Home Depot and not enough room to detail them all. From quick trips to pick up small items to engaging them for major renovations in my home (3 times and each was outstanding). Besides the selection and prices, what keeps me coming back are the associates. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. On my last trip, an associate jumped to my rescue and spent over half hour helping me with my needs, only to find out that she was off-duty! She was doing her own shopping on her own time and gave me 30 minutes of it. Wow. btw, my dogs go crazy when they know we're going to Home Depot. They get as much love as I do.

The gentlemen (Bill and Mark) in the tool rental department surpassed my expectation in providing customer support. From the time I reserved the insulation blower machine to the time I returned it, Mark and Bill provided excellent advice on how to tackle the project, the materials I would need and the proper operation of the machine. With all the information they provided my project was completed without a hitch and because of them I will be doing more insulation work!

Best assistance of any home depot I've been to.

I went in looking for a tool offer that I saw online but saw a better one in the store and ended up buying that one. I was helped by Homer. He went above to find the items I wanted, even looking in several locations in the store. Will shop here the next time I need something.

We arrived for drill bits and ended up leaving with an entirely new drill set. Thank you to Deliah, and the rest of the courteous and friendly staff at the Bulverde Crossing Home Depot.

My carpet is coming today and my hope is I'll be very pleased with the choice. My experience with the store's staff has always been a positive one. I have been in the store many times before and always found the associates helpful and took the time to reach out if need.

I went to get electrical outdoor extension cord and employee Paul, coach for electrical was so helpful! Store is clean, we’ll manage and employees help you find what you need!

I decided to do flooring for the entire bottom floor of my home. Prior to choosing Home Depot I had 2 other flooring companies come to my home with their products and provide estimates. Both companies had nice products and could install the flooring within the week. I decided to go to Home Depot #6989 to see what they could provide prior to making my decision. I found a product I liked at Home Depot and decided to go with them for the install. They sent a person to perform a measurement a couple days later. The individual made several mistakes on the measurement and this led to confusion once I went to the store to finalize the quote. At the store, Stephanie in flooring was extremely helpful as we spent 2 hours ironing out the mistakes and confusion on the quote. Stephanie ordered the remainder of the materials I would need for the install. I was told the install could not be scheduled till all materials had arrived. I understand that. Today all the materials were delivered to my home and the install company finally called to schedule my install. I was told by them that it would be over a month! Over a month!! If I had been told ahead of time the delay on the install I would have gone another route for my flooring needs. This is unacceptable. Other companies could get it installed within a week from the time I okayed the quote. So far I am two weeks into this process and still have to wait another month for the install to happen. I have a bathroom that is totally ripped out to put flooring down, I have a porch filled with furniture, and now I have a garage filled with flooring materials! Customers need to have all the data ahead of time to make buying decisions for their families. This fiasco is unacceptable. The only saving grace is the wonderful help I have received from Stephanie.

I shop Bulverde Home Depot frequently. They are always ready and capable to help me find what I’m looking for as well as other options I may not have known to look for.

This is an exceptional store. The employees are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Maxwell greeted us, made recommendations, then cheerfully helped to pick up, haul, and load 8 large bags of garden soil for us. We highly recommend shopping here.

I have been there several times looking for some PVC fittings. They are either out or very limited. I talked to other customers that are having the same experiences. An example i 3/4 inch T with half inch threaded out. They had 2 that I could find and had no contractor packs. These are used for sprinklers so I would think they would have plenty. Just an example.

Had several trips to home depot to purchase various item. Each trip customer service was excellent. Employees were very willing to help with a smile.

My husband has rented a few tools from here, reasonable prices and great service!

Our visit today was one of the best and friendliest visits we have had. We were greeted 7or 8 times. Was asked if we needed any help finding any thing and everyone seemed to be happy they were at work. Was a very enjoyable shopping experience.
