I had one of the best experiences at this Home Depot, and I can only thank Steve, Jason, Gerardo! I came in alone, trying to find some wood, nails and maybe some glue, to attempt to make a stepping stool for my older dog( I am not a handyman at all, but I was going to try) lol. Steve went above and beyond, and when I say above and beyond I really mean above and beyond, to the highest extent, he not only helped me carry the wood, cut the wood, and figure out how to create the stepping stool, he helped me make it as well!! While we were in the middle of making it, Jason came over and gave GREAT input and helped us make it more sturdy, BIG help!! Gerardo came up also, and was very kind and helpful and gave great input as well! So sweet all of them!! I really did leave feeling happy and helped, and by genuine people, who went above and beyond and definitely didn’t have too

Got my delivery on time and got everything I asked for !! Really was a great experience and everything went smooth will be coming back to this story ! I got helped by Ellin pro service supervisor and was nothing but wonderful!!

I came here for a few items, I was met with cheerful positive employees, imagine that. Plumbing dept had a real knowledgeable guy by Nino. And looking for something my cell sucks. I ran into the manager a guy named Curtis, I am telling you, these people are off the chain with customer service. And the flower section, I love there flowers here.

I bought an echo trimmer and blower in 2023 and they work great, I was told about these by a store associate, I usually buy anything I need for home repairs front Home Depot, their prices are reasonable, and their staff is knowledgeable.

I received exceptional service via phone as well as my visit to the store. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. All products that I needed were in stock. I found that the store was very clean.

We have made purchases at several area Home Depots. The Buckhead store is BY FAR the best staffed location. Our salesperson, Catherine was a well trained professional! She assisted us with selecting the best refrigerator to meet our needs. Catherine made the difference in our having a most pleasant shopping experience in a timely manner. She was personable, knowledgeable, and the epitome of a great salesperson!

Akeem in the hardware section of HD and Upendra (from India) made my plumbing repair easy and perfect. Upendra found exact under counter supply line needed for a fifty year old plumbing problem. He took time, explained why tge parts he recommended would be best and explained how to easily install. Bravo! It was like having my own private plumber! Amazing.

We love the buckhead store. Although it is good for the majority if the time. The are times when it is difficult to get the help u need. My husband is a disabled highly decorated retired naval officer. Usually most part he is treated with due respect. But motorized wheel chair are few in numbers , not ready available and hard to locate. Employees are helpful when u find a dedicated employee like Tom.

I would like to commend TIM and MICHAEL at pro desk. They’ve been super helpful and knowledgeable with various purchases and are terrific Home Depot employees!!! Gail h bell

No cashiers, but the store managed to have four (4) clerks watching the self check out. Who came up with this lame idea?

Gita was my cashier and she was so incredibly sweet it made the rest of my day. Her lighthearted chuckle lifted me out of a funk and turned my mood around. I was having a rough emotional day but Gita's kindness and warmth prompted me to pass it on and I stopped being grumpy to my mom after Gita lifted my spirits. I wish I could thank Gita looking back now, and this survey is the best way I can do that. So thank you for hiring sweet Gita; she deserves a bonus check and a raise.

if you buy pine straw make sure you have plenty of time (20-30) to wait on the attendant to unlock the straw truck.

Just came here to give a shout-out to a super helpful Plumbing associate. I didn’t catch his name, but he was on his way to lunch and took the time to help me track down a ladder that was nowhere to be found. He stayed with me the whole time and got me to the right place and introduced me to the right associate to help. Great guy!

Damaris has been at the nursery area for 20 years always helpful always great attitude she’s the best!!!!!
