Employees are very friendly and helpful. Specially sale cashier IRMGARD. She is very helpful and kind. Her good behavior makes me smile and happy.

I love my local HD is close to my house, the personnel is always welcoming and they go out of their way to assist!

I visit this store several times every week. The migrants in the parking lot & in the store are a big turnoff. They follow you around looking for tips or work & sometimes sneak up behind you. Other than that HD is my go to store. Prices doubled on certain items.

This is by far one of the best Home Depot locations. The staff make everything better. Judy and Deb from returns and order pick up are amazing. They make sure to help everyone and make everyone feel heard and welcomed. There is never an issue here, they take charge and make everything right.

I've been going to this HD for years. For its convenient location and they are always stocked. Staff is always willing to help and know where things are located. The only downside is that the parking lot is full of day laborers. They are all over the place and make navigating the parking lot a hazard. I can understand they are looking for work, however, they should be in one designated area not all over the place.

This Home Depot is amazing. Very well stocked. The customer service was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of self check out registers. So the crowd issue was not problem. My permanent location to shop. Thank you.

Was spending heavy cash on a remodeling project. Was taken over to pay and a lady i have seen several times at the return counter gave her negative opinion about my sales associate who was giving me excellent customer service. I have seen this lady several times as I am remodeling my kitchen and every time I see her she has the most disgusting attitude. Rude to customers and speaks inappropriately with disregard to who ever is around.

I am writing today to commend one of your workers who has stood out from all the rest at your department store on Bruckner Boulevard in The Bronx New York, zip code 10465. Your worker named Jorge, works in the Paint Department and I am telling you as a customer in your Bruckner store since its opening I have never been impressed with such a positive young man, who exemplifies what Home Depot customer Core Principle Values, I am sure your company has strived to have an enact. This young man named Jorge in the Bruckner Paint Department should be commended not only by his management but by the Home Depot company Executives because he clearly has the quality traits to not only solve my problem with the willingness to tell me that not only would he solve the issue but take me to the manager himself to explain and remedy the solution of the paint not being expected as the swatch displayed, and how he would adjust the paint to my desired liking and how then the manager would help with the receipt and adjustment . Jorge did this with a pleasant professional positive attitude and I know should be a part of any fast tract promotion line. Please consider commending Jorge and informing your other works in the Bruckner store that these character strengths and traits should be a part of their daily routine. Home Depot Core Values are in this young man and I believe those who freely give of themselves in this way should be rewarded

Other than the missing product complaints that I presented -- I want to give COMPLIMENTS to some of your workers who really help -- Nadine (I promised her for Months that I would praise her great attitude), Elvis -- so helpful, Damien -- helps me in every department, Darien (spelling?) -- helped me with the concrete product issues. Please acknowledge them. There are a few others, if I can remember their names, I will share. Otherwise, you do have some rude workers there, but this is about my favorites.

Today, I had the worst experience

They have a lot of options and items but good luck finding someone helping you select products, tools or simply check out. All the check out lanes were empty. The self checkout did not have scanners and a couple rude ladies finally decided to check our items out after seeing a group of use on the verge of leaving. No greetings, no eye contact, not even a thank you for shopping with us. I felt like I was bothering her and the other cashier wanting to check out. Their chat was inappropriate but who cares I guess. I might just order online next time and return whatever items that don’t fit or match. I could have spent much more of the employees on the floor were assisting me instead of being on their phone

Jennifer the Home Depot Customer Representative was most helpful making me want to return and shop again. Kudos to Jennifer!

Wasted almost an hour of my time on a holiday, spoke to 4 different people and swiped/paid for an item that they never even had to begin with. Complete lack of care for the customer and I was told verbatim “what do you want me to do?” I mean, Pete’s sake this is customer service 101
