I went to the wood cutting section of the store as a female with my son in tow. It is not my expertise and I felt a bit lost & unsure. Thankfully, I was directed to Oscar for my wood cutting job and he was AMAZING. He was friendly, precise, had grace under pressure (it was a busy Sunday), and he completely went above & beyond to assist not only me, but the other customers around me. If you need lumber, please go see Oscar! He was also able to help customers who asked him where items were in the store while simultaneously assisting me with my wood cutting. He is a GEM at this store! Thank you, Oscar!

Love this specific store because everyone is always so helpful and will stop what they’re doing to assist you! The store is extremely clean and they have the best quality selection - in my opinion - right now and yes, I have made comparisons.

From being greeted at the door from customer service to being helped throughout the store with tool assistance Ken & Barry were so helpful! Both of them walked me through multiple aisles to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my project! Kamari as usual was a jewel to work with because she’s always kind and takes the initiative to help me with all of my pro service needs outside of just helping me with refunds!

I was able to purchase the exact blinds I wanted with the help of Agatha. Her knowledge and professionalism are amazing. This Home Depot was very clean and organized with many employees in all areas to help! I will return!

As a veteran I always enjoy the discounts and how friendly the staff is even when I arrive when the doors first open. I enjoy shopping at this store for over 5 years now, they always have everything I need in stock and highly recommend you making them your favorite store as well.

The customer should not be made to feel as if they are bothering workers when they ask for help- yes there are options for self service i.e. key machine but if i would rather a store person to help me i should have to say it 3 times before they finally get the idea that i do not want to use that
