I have been very satisfied with my purchases From Home Depot.

DeeDee at the pro desk is always so polite, helpful, and knowledgeable when needing help with material. She always has a smile on her face. Handles our customer phone orders with ease and our client loves her too!

Every worker I encountered on 3/30/24 was friendly but there was a young man who’s name started with K that works in lumbar that helped me find and load my pickets and helped me cut my lumbar down to the size I needed. Was friendly and didn’t seem put out at all. Even offered to help me anytime he is working and I needed help. I am used to being ignored at this store but not this trip. Customer service has vastly improved.

I bought a 7x7 shed kit and cashier made sure I got help quickly. The 2 employees that came to get item said it was no problem to get the second one on the stack. Very helpful and made sure I was satisfied with the loading.

Seem to shop there nearly everyday. Has everything needed for all my projects. Helpful employees and always friendly.

Michelle had always been helpful, but the past 3 trips I’ve made it’s like they are purposely hiring the worst employees they can find. Today was the worst experience I’ve had at ANY Home Depot I’ve been to in the past 15 years. No exaggeration. It seemed like every employee there was still hungover at 5pm. I’m about ready to just shop local because it seems like this place is going downhill FAST.

The Brown went Home Depot is one of the best I've been to people. The people and knowledgeable friendly courteous and always try to help. Especially Michelle Darden. She is very helpful and knowledgeable every time I go in there and also super courteous. She is one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Erin was thoroughly knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. She answered all of my questions and was dedicated to her work. We bought the refrigerator that I had been admiring. It was also available at another business in town, but Erin was so good at our questions I had to get her to order us our product. We are both is sales work and definitely appreciate a person who knows their product line!

I do business all over Texas and the staff and management in brownwood help me run business efficiently. Hudson in windows, María in installs, kim at the pro desk, Justin in rentals, Rod in lumber, Eric and Ashlyn in paint, and David and Juan in management make it a the best store in the state.

In store or online for store delivery in a few days, this is the place to go for all of your home construction needs

We have shopped at this store after moving to this area 4.5 years ago. We are restoring an old home and always find the products we need. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is orderly and clean. We highly recommend this store.

A PERSON MAY PARK CLOSE TO THE FRONT DOOR THINKING IT WILL SAVE TIME AND EFFORT. WRONG. THERE ARE NO SELF CHECKOUTS AT THE FRONT DOOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

I live six hours away from Brownwood. My younger brother lives there and he broke his lawnmower and truly needed to mow his yard. The young woman who assisted me in purchasing via telephone was so amazing and kind! Thank you for your help!
