I bought our Christmas Tree and I'm so happy I did!

I usually go to this Home Depot I love it here

I’ve been able to fulfill every project through this past summer thanks to the great service provided by every department, from gardening to lumber and in between. My sister and my parents are extremely happy with everything we’ve purchased for our projects, big and small. A sincere thanks to all the staff for being so helpful throughout. Thank you; Renato,Mike, Bairo, Lucy, Martha, Jose, Danny, Ernie, Coba, Belinda, Leal, Jorge, Eli, Carlos and to all of the stupendous staff at my favorite Home Depot.

I just want to thank Lucero from the paint store. Home Depot employee Clarissa for explaining to me about a tiller or cultivator and for walking me to rental department. There she ask Addison about a tiller and cultivator. Addison explain to me how much it would cost to rent a cultivator per day. All this 3 employee's Lucero, Clarissa and Addison I admire they alot they are very young girl's they have alot of knowledge.

We got our Christmas tree at this location today and couldn't be happier. Tree is gorgeous, installed super easy, staff was amazing and store was clean and well organized!+

We purchased a Christmas Tree base for our artificial tree. Searched our area in Mission but no one had a base. Searched Home Depot & the Brownsville store had 4! Called the store & the person (Polo) we talked to put one aside for us & said we could ask for him when we get there & he would make sure we get it! So after 57+ miles & over 1 hour we arrived & got the base for our Christmas tree!

A somewhat complex order was efficiently resolved for me by Sergio and staff.

I have not tried the tool I bought today, but I’m sure it’ll work fine. Should I have an issue, I know that I have full support from Home Depot.

Workers go above and beyond to assist

Jorge was very Helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions and concerns I had. All the staff was super friendly

Profiled, ignored by Luis in electrical department asked how I was going to pay for my items, demoralizing customers and leaving them last not everyone is going there to steal get your team retrained.

Found all my items in stock, employees were very helpful and Danica at checkout was very polite.

Went this morning to get some plumbing supplies, ask for help and the employee tells me it's going to take some time for someone to help , went outside and the employee was walking outside the store, so frustrating

Service was amazing and the ONLY reason I will return to this Home Depot.

I purchased some appliances for my home that was being built, but it was delayed several times. I had exhausted my time for the rescheduling, but Billy and Jennifer were Awesome and helped me so much. They analyzed the problem and found a solution. This is what customer service is about.

Bought a whole bunch of material for a DIY project at home and the employees were very helpful and corteous.

I like how the store was clean but the employee i got that made me the order for my lumber was not nice. Other else than that everything was okay. That’s why 3 star other else than that

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, OUTGOING, NEVER HAVE ENCOUNTERED A SETBACK. I USED TO BE A MANAGER IN A DEPARTMENT STORE, AND I KNOW THAT A WORK PLACE AND ASSOCIATE REFLECTS TO CUSTOMER'S HOW MANAGEMENT COMES ACROSS. MY COMPLIMENTS TO YOUR STAFF IT'S NOT EASY, BUT THEY MAKE IT LOOK SEEM LESS.

I love shopping this store and browsing the aisles looking for ideas on home improvement. The employees are friendly and very helpful.

Over all I rate this store a 5 star. Its small but I feel very comfortable going to this store. Love all of it... From greeters, to hall employees, cashiers. Very nice people.
