Store price was different than online price. It was only a few dollars, but the store team refused to make an adjustment to accommodate me. This made me feel very abused as a consumer, and like Home Depot endorses screwing people any chance they can, even over several dollars. I will not be back!

I needed a new washer and dryer mine died same day. I came in to look and John Gaughan helped me. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He walked back and forth from different models on flood probably ten times. Very nice man.

I returned my Toro 30” mower to upgrade and get the 33” Dewalt zero turn walk behind mower. She put it on a gift card and ordered it and paid the money from the gift card. Then, I paid the difference. Smooth process. If the money had went back to my card, I would not have gone back. But, would have bought a whole mower starter set w/trailer. That would have been going against the grain that my mower repair guy told me on 131 (Union). All and all-I’m excited to have a serious and more professional looking mower and hope it will bring more business as time goes on. Plus, it’s my birthday (6-17). I say it is an excellent gift. Home Depot is a little farther from my house than a couple of other hardware stores that I shopped at first, they told me I would have to go to a special plumbing store to get my part... Home Depot had it.

No one likes Home Depot runs when they’re in the middle of a project, especially a project on a Sunday evening. However, this time I was thankful we did. Never have I ever come into Home Depot and found an employee who went out of their way to genuinely care about what I was purchasing before I met Todd (or was it Todd with one ‘d’?). I purchased a tote and he asked me if I had checked to make sure the tote was in good shape. I was confused, and he politely asked me if he could check. He genuinely took his time checking the durability of the tote, stating he wants to ensure I leave this store with a solid product that I am happy to have purchased. I was blown away. From his cadence to his smile, I felt really taken care of. I will be coming back just for him. Amazing customer service. Tote was great and sturdy, by the way
