Store claims to have wi-fi but I wasn't able to sign on to it. I needed it to use my Home Depot app.

If anyone is interested in receiving friendly, above and beyond, customer service or has questions this summer regarding plants or garden materials, make sure you say Hello to Rosa who checks all customers out. She is so friendly that you will just want to go to Home Depot to just say Hello without purchasing anything!

I had a product which I purchased at Home Depot that I found a lower price at another store. The Store manager, Rashad, took care getting me the lower price. He was extremely helpful.

Very poor customer service.. except for the cashier who tried very very hard to help us with our purchase of patio furniture.. she received no cooperation from the rest of the staff who were very rude like we were a bother to them ..

I was looking to purchase a video doorbell. I asked an associate to look at the products. The associate asked me which one. I explained that I wanted to compare the product. The associate was annoyed and told me that when I decide on which doorbell I want, then she'll let me look. I told her not to bother about letting me see the doorbells and that there's plenty of other stores and options to buy a video doorbell. The associate realized that she pushed her rude attitude a little too far and tried to be accommodating, but her damage was done. Home Depot lost a sale and potentially a customer.

Each time I visit the store and need to speak with a Representative no matter what department they are in (appliances, windows, doors, paint, carpet, cashiers) the repesentatitves have all been so kind and professional. I didn't feel like a burden. They have always been very helpful. The store is clean and whatever I cannot locate in the store, I order online and have it delivered to the store for curbside pick up. Prices are comparable to similar stores. They are conveniently located which makes it much easier for me.

Fast & friendly service

Had the unfortunate luck to cross paths with the rude woman working in "customer service". She had already given the customer in front of us a hard time but we still went in smiling thinking there was no reason to be rude to us. We were wrong. When we tried to disengage and just finish our transaction she mumbled what we heard as "shut up" under her breath. When we asked her to repeat what she had said she refused. We paid via CC and walked away from her booth. While doing so she continued to show how unprofessional she was by disparaging us within ear shot to the next customer in line. Today was a sobering reminder of why we drive by Home Depot to shop elsewhere. Home Depot is nothing more than a last resort.

I came in looking for something. I described it to Leigh in the design area and she made it happen! We are so excited for our custom vanity to arrive.
