Big home projects and we've been there for two of them recently. Unique made the carpet experience fun, and Andy made an otherwise-complicated complicated construction project a breeze. Lisa was cool to chat with after we checked out.

Always friendly employees and clean store

I swung by to pick up some gardening stuff, as I’m trying to put together a herb garden. I’m definitely a newbie, though! Everyone here was some helpful with directing me to everything and just generally giving helpful advice. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!!!

Helpful associates for everything your working on

Young men need to be how to work. There was enough work to be done, kicking the extended tape measure and then measuring arms, then bumping into each other and laughing. Ugh.

I needed help finding panel clamps for my chain link fence. I asked Dale at the Return desk if he could tell me where to find them. He walked me to the location & helped me find the quantity I needed. Great Customer Service!!

I was helped in every department that I shopped today. I was super pleased with all the help that was given to me. They all treated me with respect and were all very friendly.

Best home depot ever the staff is relent and the store always has what I need

A young man named Giovanni a 4’ x 8’ sheet of wood into manageable 9 x 15” pieces saving me a couple of hours of work in my hot workshop. He certainly went above and beyond his job description, and it’s much appreciated by me.

Went in to buy a Milwaukee tool, one Employee handed it to me to go pay for. Then some bald white guy didn’t catch his name rudely can and took it from like I was going to steal it…. I was standing right in front of the self check out waiting for my husband that was walking up the aisle. I’m not a thief!

I was in the Brighton Home Depot yesterday shopping for a rather large tile project. Todd was so helpful and kind in answering questions as well as assisting me with loading my items for check out as well as into my vehicle. As a rather small human it was a great relief to me to have this assistance without even having to ask for it. Holly was also helpful ( per usual) in getting me to the right person to assist me

Employee was too lazy to load out concrete with fork lift. What ever happened to customer service??

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Home Depot. The cashier insisted that she could not enter my pro number for my purchase, and was rude to me in front of other customers. I had someone with me as a witness.

I've recently moved to the area and have needed Home Depot in getting my home set up. The different departments have been exceptional, actually walked me to the specific department I'm looking for. They have numerous employees on the floor and willing employees in specific departments to help. Even the subcontrators that need to come to the home to do measurements are outstanding, professional and friendly.

I have had problems at this store for years

And I cannot get the store as good a review as I gave Rodney as I spend an hour and a half on the phone and when I finally speak to somebody, they asked me to call back, and Rodney was the only person in the store that talk to me or even showed an interest in affected. I might be there to buy some thing.

No one wants to help you .One checker to busy hitting on the younger employees working at the store.One checker to busy to check you out.Because he’s playing games on his phone.

Greg in tools is horrible, tried to tell me they didn't have a key but I was looking at like 200 of the same key. Another employee made my keys. He also quit waiting on me and started laughing at me with other customers. This employee deserves to be fired.

I was issued a refund to some other persons account

Everytime I come into this home depot, I am greeted with a smile. Every employee is kind and helpful, even if they don't know exactly what I'm talking about. The store itself is very clean and up to COVID standards, I've even seen cashiers wipe down the pinpads after transactions. I really enjoy coming here, and I enjoy the treatment of the customers that the employees have.

The person at the return counter was so rude! I can’t even believe she acted like that. Another employee apologized and she she’s the rudest person in the store.

I purchased paint and he matched it to a tee and the person in lumber helped me cut my trim to size.
