I bought a faucet a month ago and things for my bathroom

My usual store in Trumbull CT did not have in stock the Dishwasher Pan I wanted. The Bridgeport CT store had 4 so I went there. I asked a representative where to find the item and was told Aisle 29. I saw washing machine overflow pans there but no Dishwasher ones. I asked the next representative I saw (Tee). He was busy with something but stopped immediately. He thought the item would be in Aisle 29 too, but it was not. He found it in Aisle 27 in a box on the top shelf! THANKS TEE!!!!!

As a Business owner, I’m always at Home Depot. They have the best prices and best quality.

Items were in stock and home depot employees available to help!

I'm always helped the pro desk staff is always friendly and we've been able to develop a nice relationship over the years that I've been coming here. I'm very pleased to know them to continue to work with them as I come here for my business.

I WAS IN THE STORE YESTERDAY AND MEET A CASHIER NAME JOHNATHAN, HE WAS VERY POLITE, ALSO CONCERN WITH THE ISSUE I WAS HAVING WITH THE COST OF AN ITEM. NOT ONLY DID HE HELP ME WITH THE COST OF AN ITEM HE ALSO INFORMED ME OF THE SURVEY THAT NO ONE HAS EVER TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO BE ABOUT BEFORE. HE IS GOING TO BE A GREAT ASSET FOR HOME DEPOT. WHEN YOU GO INTO HOME DEPOT AND SEE JOHNATHAN JUST KNOW YOU WILL SEE A FRIENDLY FACE AND A GREAT SMILE WHO IS WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE.

I shopped for countertop today and received great help except for getting someone to come out and help you measure for the countertop that you are buying. Was pretty easy to find help in all areas.

I have made several purchases here and everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. I go here more than others because it's quite a great experience shopping there! They're knowledgeable as well about all the products and their uses.

I had a special order that was a somewhat complicated order. The customer service and managers were always very helpful. I am very grateful that the manager was able to listen to my problem with the order and resolve my missing item. I have been shopping here all my life and with patience my issues have always been resolved. Great store Great People!!!

My $10 bill got stuck in the machine upon using the self-checkout kiosk. When I flagged down a Home Depot sales rep, the young lady told me that I did not insert any money into the device after explaining the issue to her. The young lady then flagged her manager Jerry, who also came to assist. Jerry performed a function on the screen manually and told me the same thing, that I did not insert money into the kiosk. The young lady then grabbed my purchase items, brought them to another kiosk, scanned them, and told me to pay. I refused to pay for the items because I explained the situation to the sales rep and manager, and I wanted my money back. A third person came to assist in physically opening the kiosk and found that my $10 bill was stuck. At this point, I demanded an apology. The manager, Jerry, jokingly gave me an apology. The sales rep who took my items before tried to get me to pay for my items again. I refused the purchase altogether. As a paying customer, I do not appreciate the accusations the sales rep and Jerry put on me. I would not recommend this location to anyone else, and I do not recommend service, especially from the management team, as this was an awful experience.

I kindly asked for military discount and cashier had an attitude. She was denying to apply discount even after I showed her my military ID.

Would not recommend shopping here. Rude staff and very messy.
