I went to the store to get a specific product I researched on the mobile app. I got to the store and went to the aisle and bin I received in a text. I found a better item for the same price! Also - they had Christmas stuff out and I felt kind of nostalgic seeing some of that stuff.

The store is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I bought many products from this store and will do so again.

You guys took away self check out and treat your customers like criminals now your store is a waste and a disgrace.

I shop there quite often, and each visit, I am greeted with a genuine hello. while walking the aisles, I am asked if I needed any assistance, which is very helpful, and I appreciate that very much.

I comparison-shopped online many times over last few months, HD prices always competitive or better, format of website helpfully shows photos/videos/all info on products, can easily find and track orders through website, returns are really easy, and in-store personnel very competent and helpful.

Train your employees.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly employees. Plumbing items needed were all in stock. In and out of store in record time. No wait time in line.

I have bought several items from this location including gas water heater, dishwasher, refrigerator and most recently a dryer. I am very happy with my purchases

I enjoy going into the store. While I am there to pick up something or shop, there is a lot of things to look at and dream,

First time they brought washer and dryer last Monday to my house they didn't bring the stacker part. They wouldn't leave them and come back to stack when they get the part. Second time they were supposed to come on last Friday but text saying it was moved to Monday. Then they called on Friday and said they would be there in five minutes with the washer and dryer. I had just gotten my food at a restaurant and left without eating and got home and all they had was the stacker piece! Funny how they could leave that but couldn't leave the washer and dryer! Third time they were supposed to come last Saturday (the next day) and called and said they couldn't make it because the truck was in an accident. Fourth time they came was today and they brought a damaged dryer. Now I have to wait another week for a new dryer to come. They had opened the first dryer and today they opened another box so I know this was a different dryer and had they just left the first set there I would have had it installed by now. I am not happy and have laundry piling up

The employees in this store were exceptional. They all went above and beyond what I expected. Jeff in plumbing was the best!

Didn’t catch her name but the rep at cash register was dealing with a rude customer and tried several times to explain and defuse the situation. She walked away and got other assistance and I don’t know if because it was a young female but she explained the same thing to him by the end the original older rep had the item as she was trying to explain.

The Paint department is the nicest, most knowledgeable, and most helpful group of any of the big box retailers.

Binta Berry and Dwayne in the door department gave great customer service. Miss Barry went above and beyond to help me. And Dwayne made sure we understood everything about buying these doors. He was very patient and very nice. Great job to both.

If you are looking for flooring at this store ask for Leighton. He does a great job. This store has more building/contractor supplies than some other Home Depot stores

I was foundering trying to solve a problem mounting a large floor fan onto a wall, and happened to search in plumbing for an ‘off-label’ solution, as well as other plumbing purpose items. Michelle F approached me and I was blown away by her inventory knowledge and immediate access but more by how she helped me brainstorm a very successful solution to my problem. I would/WILL return to this store and department specifically for this quality of service. All too often in stores such as yours, I know more than sales staff I encounter and, if I can find sales associate, they serve at most as ‘item searcher’. Even though there is a Lowe’s closer to me, I will patronize this store for the above reasons. Also had similar experience in electrical area with a sales person who was apparently a licensed electrician- unfortunately I don’t recall his name and didn’t take the time to reward his efforts/knowledge with this survey. Keep up this kind of work. It will bring me back over your competitors.

We just left your location with everything we need to replace our kitchen sink. Jeff was extremely helpful and offered some friendly advice. I love finding workers who truly have the knowledge like Jeff does!

I've been shopping mainly at this Home Depot for the last 10 years, ever since we moved into our current home, a mid-50's ranch that needs a lot of tlc, and in 10 years I honestly can't think of a single negative experience I've had there. Maybe I have, but if so I don't remember it, so how bad could it have been? I find the staff friendly and helpful, I can always find a place to park, and Home Depot has all the brands I like, so what's to complain about?

The store is well stocked and has friendly employees. Cany ask for more from a Home Improvement place.

Delivery mix up handled greatly with care by Store Manager Tiffany who resolved all issues in a timely manner.

We went to Home Depot shortly before closing to make a purchase for store delivery. One of your staff members Devon was happy to assist and helped us obtain a line of credit that required some additional input. This was no issue for Devon who had a very positive demeanor and kept assisting us until the end . We also got to see wonderful service from other members of your staff Jim and Ahlyse. I certainly cannot forget the evening manager who was so nice and accommodating to us. She and Devon were always to ensure that our transaction was completed.

I've purchased items for my patio and I've always had a good feeling about shopping in your Garden Center. I believe your prices are a bit high on some plants - the same as private Garden Centers nearby.

Will NOT give military discount. They make it impossible to sign up for military discount, even after an hour the store manager COULD NOT DO it. Your customer service counter is a bunch of "punk a.. kids" who have no clue about the military or those of us who serve.

I was visiting family n needed some tools. Others store. Ehhhh wasn’t what I wanted in price range. But home depo is my store in wadsworth so went to local home depo where I was it was same experience I get from home n I loved it! Thanks hope depo

Assistance was available and help was offered immediately with a great attitude! Most stores you have to hunt down someone to help and you get passed off to another department or person. This associate did not refer me to someone else he got another associate to help him get the item and he brought it to me! That was a first and was very refreshing!
