I bought a Samsung washer in August 31, 2022, due to their 48 hrs return policy they did not help with the washer that was creating holes in my clothes after Samsung refuse to help with this issue because the tech that inspect it twice said nothing could be concluded at the visits. Samsung wanted to charge me for the tech visit. This was in December 3 months and already ruined my clothes. Home Depot should stop selling Samsung appliances. Home Depot should back up what they sell when the manufacturer wont. Samsung has the worst customer service and half the time you can't understand the customer service representatives. Very frustrating.

Traveled 35 min to this HD for a specific Halloween piece. 3 younger male employees went above and beyond with looking for what I wanted, had to get extra help to pull it from overhead shelves. Loaded it in my cart. All HD helpers were very polite to me and just made my entire year!!!

We bought a new lawnmower and we love it it works great

This location is a few miles further than the Franklin location I normally go to, but I know if something is missing at the Franklin store - it will be there at the Brentwood store.

We came to Home Depot this morning to look for a drain pipe, and we were helped by John who gave the best customer service experience I have ever received. He stayed with us to ensure we found what we needed, retrieved more product from the backstock, helped us through checkout and even loaded the large product into our car! The lollipop for my 3 year old was also a nice touch. Thanks so much, John, we will definitely be back because of you!!!

the LG Refg. Caused an issue due to the Doors opening wider than the outside body.

We purchased a range from Home Depot. Christopher Lawson did a great job explaining the features and value of the range we were interested in, without being a pushy salesman. After the purchase, he arranged for help to load it into our truck. We didn't have to wait at the front door for help.

I would like to thank Home Depot for continuing to offer real cashiers to check you out. We will not go back to Loews because they only have self check out.

On visits to two different Home Depots about 5 miles apart, their saws weren't operational in the lumber department to cut deck boards to size - each said the saws had been down for weeks, parts had been ordered but no time estimate on when they would be fixed! Is this call "customer service"? Home depot just lost a $600. lumber order.

When I entered my Brentwood Home Depot I found the store stocked much better in all the areas I visited. The gentleman who assisted me was patient, very knowledgeable and made sure I obtained all the items I needed. The store was clean and smelled fresh!

The scanners at the checkout lines would not recognize the barcode on the product I was attempting to purchase at the self-checkout and also at a cashier checkout, so I ended up going to Customer Service. Molly was on duty in Customer Service and took care of the issue right away. Molly - you're the BEST!

Store is generally one of the better stocked and fairly clean. Lumber is culled pretty well, and online order pickup is pretty smooth here. My 2* is for the pro desk / special orders. Service is very uneven there. Very mixed experience. Some of the folks behind the desk make the effort. Others won't even get out of their chair. Just because I'm not dressed as a construction worker it doesn't mean I'm incompetent. @Store manager I'd suggest you mystery shop these folks.

They charge an extra $8 to tint your paint? This is a hidden charge that only showed up at checkout.

Plywood cut on wrong measurement. Beware and double check before checking out.

I visited this Home Depot store 3 times before making my decision on exactly which refrigerator I was going to purchase. I wanted to be well informed and prepared. I had great help from Mike on my first visit. Very knowledgeable and helpful. And on my third visit I was assisted by Rakeem. Also extremely helpful and provided great customer service. Keep up the great work!

Bought my first washer and dryer over the weekend. Mike went above and beyond in answering my questions and explaining the delivery process. Would recommend visiting this location and working with Mike.
