Devon and Rich and others are first rate

Paint brands are the best quality; we did a renovation so bought a lot of paint. Best coverage & color choices. So many other products too. The care in every area is so good. I have confidence in Home Depot.

Bill was absolutely fantastic to deal and work with. He was attentive and knowledgeable. He was adept at suggesting items that were not only within our budget but had the desired look we were trying to achieve. Would highly recommend Bill and Home Depot to anyone interested

Bought an air compressor because it was advertised for $269.10. looked at the receipt 10 minutes later and found the price I was charged was $349. I returned to the store and asked the customer service desk manager to adjust the price, and was told "We don't match our online price" Funny, nothing was mentioned anywhere about pricing difference between in-store and App pricing. I can handle a fair amount of corporate BS, but misleading customers is not something I can let go. We will never shop there again.

Could not get a gift receipt for a home Depot gift card, but could for external gift cards. Absolutely pathetic

Needed to get in and out and had mentally prepared myself for delays and hassles. They were on their A game. George was there greeting everyone in the isles, Cheryl was up front making sure the checkout process was moving. All the employees seemed energized and helpful. Normally my visits are just in and out no real service needed or interactions with the team, but for the Saturday after Black Friday, the store was stocked, organized and the team seemed on point and happy to be there. Thanks to all the employees that were working the holiday!!!

I had an issue that couldn’t be solved twice before when I came into the store. It was an issue with something the employees had no control over but they were kind and helpful. Duke, the assistant manager, went above and beyond spending over an hour on the phone trying to figure out the issue. Very grateful for him!

Helpful staff walked me through the store and pointed out to me all the things I had questions about.

Just purchased a dishwasher &, as usual, service was excellent. People who deliver their appliances also install them so very convenient. Have purchased washer/dryer, water heater, refrigerator and water softener over the years & never a hitch!

I bought a Traeger grill that they price matched I Love it!

We bought counters and appliances and are so excited to receive our products and start using them

I am a first time home owner and the staff have been super helpful finding everything I need.

Carol in appliances met us with a smile. She was knowledgeable and attentive. She walked us through the the process from "looking" to payment.

Every employee that I encounter each time I'm in the store is very nice and helpful. One in particular in doors did his best to help me find my order and when he couldn't give me a complete answer on the status after making a great effort. He has to call me back. He went above and beyond. Great service and I appreciate that. Wished I'd got his name. The company on the other hand needs to update their computer and phone systems for their employees. The current systems make it hard for the employees to do their job and is frustrating for the customers. The employees would probably appreciate the update too.

I can't say enough about Sean and Erwin, they made our shopping experience so enjoyable and were extremely helpful finding what we were looking for, helped us check out and load everything into our truck!

I bought a new gas powered Ryobi weed eater and Ryobi blower as these are the best products in the market today!

It may be that every see's me shopping there frequently , but they do treat me with a respect I do not see in other stores , not just lumber stores but all Box store .

I had a few questions about my home improvement project and they were answered, so I could understand. Very helpful.

GENTLEMAN WHO WAITED ON US WAS SO HELPFUL! WE HAD BEEN WAITING FOR SALE LADY TO GET OFF THE PH0NE SO FINALLY THE GUY CAME 9VER AND PRICEEDED WITG OUR ORDER.. SO VERY HEL0FUL. SALE LADY WAS ON PHONE THAT ENTIRE TIME TALKING TO ANOTHER SALESPERSON!

Poor user interface on the kiosk, it was NOT convenient. Graphic interface was extremely hard to read due to size and bright sun. Still requires a redemption code from cashier provided receipt...dispense time delayed. The kiosk concept may be good on paper, but it's not user friendly. This store itself is clean and well stocked.

This Home Depot has really stepped up its game, and there are more people working the floor, and it's a lot easier to get help than it used to be. Everyone is friendly to me, and Ted in paint is always helpful and kind. I have had good experiences with the store's service, although their product offerings seem somewhat limited, like it is a smaller store, but I like it there.

Buying items for a bath remodel was easy because of the help of friendly store personnel. This is not the first time we have used this store and the experience has always been excellent.

I've been wanting to do this project for 2 years and the employee, Irving, made the purchase so much more pleasant with his ideas and help loading up my car.
