This is the Home Depot I shop at regularly and usually let most inconveniences just slip by. Today I arrived at 6:30pm. Store closes at 8pm. I needed landscape tumber which is located on the front sidewalk. With 20+ large utility carts lined up in front of it, I went inside to just make my purchase and then load. Pro entrance was closed, walked ti the next entrance by self checkout and not a set ngle manned register was open. I told the host i needed to buy landscape timber and was told I’d have to walk back out and grab a barcode and come back in and ring it up. I’ve purchased sheets of plywood without barcodes and loose bolts with no barcodes before at the self check. The host just logged in and brought it up. When i asked about that she said couldn’t be completed that way. Just unbelievable to me that an hour and a half before closing they are that forgetful of customer service and content on letting the customer become frustrated and realize appreciation for the business is without meaning.

I would rather not recommend one person to many to choose from, words of mouth to friends and quality of tools & material I have purchased are outstanding.

The store manager stayed to process my HomeDepot.com online gift purchase even though he got off work 20 minutes earlier. Thank You!

With out the help and patience of Customer service representative Kris and Manager Quincy we would never have been able to complete our remodeling project. They went out of their way to assist us.

Pam helped me find a screw I needed for a repair very helpful.

Buying a front door sounds easy, if you know what you are doing. When you don't it's a challenge. Very grateful we had help. Had so many questions, and choices. My head was spinning. Grateful to have an employee help from start to finish. Bought what was needed and saved money at the same time. So grateful. Miguel did an awesome job.

Linda the assistant mgr. in the appliance dept. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Bradenton,FL because their associates are always eager to help and are very knowledgeable about our home improvement needs. We recently bought a GE Washer/Electric Dryer Combo and have been very happy with the appliance and the delivery and installation. Kim in the appliance Dept. was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in helping us select our new appliance. We would highly recommend this store and Kim to anyone looking for a new, quality appliance.

Super helpful finding anything you may need in the store, if you’re confused on how stuff works their knowledge is top tier.

Customer service is still alive and well at the Home Depot.

I came in to purchase a generator. The sales associate didn't seem too interested in selling me one so as I was walking out I was approached by Quincy. Quincy is awesome! He cares about his customers and was a huge help in getting my order done. There were some hiccups in the processing, and Quincy called several supervisors and no one was available except for Gina. Between Quincy and Gina they got the sale! Both of these employees were great at helping me get my transaction completed and my generator was delivered quickly. When my generator was delivered 2 Days Later the delivery driver John was awesome as well.

Bought new mini ceiling bathroom fan, "SOCKET FAN". At check out was told OK to return if it just would not fit in my bath.

Aisles are often blocked and you can't get access to items. Plants in garden areas left in sun without being watered which are wilted and dying..very wasteful.

Terrible customer service. No one knows what's going on in garden department.

I needed a new range urgently. I phoned the Bradenton store and spoke with David in kitchen design He was so kind and knowledgeable and got me a great deal on a slide in electric range with fast delivery . Thanks David

I needed help to find an item in the store and the consumer service was amazing and my casher was Anne a very nice and helpful person.
