I purchased a hot water heater water heater. I paid extra to have them deliver & install and haul away the old hot water heater. They did a great job. Very professional work

I went to Home Depot and Michael help me. I was looking for a $89 wheelbarrow but there’s no ensamble ones Michael says you really want to buy these wheelbarrow? I say yes but I don’t have the time to ensamble it and he sale me a enter wheelbarrow and I end up saving like $30

I was at the self check out and scan the first item a beef jerky and it came up 9.27 and the price on the shelves states 7.97. I told the employee that monitors the area and she flat-out said the price is correct because everything went up. I proceed to show her the shelf price, she did not bother to look and said it is located in the wrong place and took them away. I then asked for a manager, she said I am the manager. I asked for a manager that is a higher rank because that's dishonest the store. That is when she decided to give me the item for the correct price.

Great little saw for tight spaces

Every time I shop at this Home Depot, I receive genuine greetings near the entrance and always a “can I help you sir from employees not already engaged with other customers”. They don’t just point to a general direction, but take me to the item I need, and often explain the details about the product.

If you’re in the market for flooring look no further. Eric, Mike and Lisa are on your team to make it a smooth process

This store is for contractors. They have accounts, come in and take most of what’s on the shelves, at times cleaning all of a product out. The store buyers are always several steps behind, leaving the normal shoppers disappointed. You would think ordering online is a way to ensure you get what you need. I ordered 4 bath tubs because reviews stated many arrived damaged. Three arrived damaged and I was told one was scanned in on the truck and awaiting to be off loaded, they never found it, stolen?

I like this store, and employees are shears helpful. The store is always stock and clean. Sometimes, they’re not enough employees to ask questions, and hope it’s something you’re working on to fix soon.

Customer Service Employee Cassandra is absolutely the most helpful person we've ever had of all the home improvement stores.

We bought a LG smart 30 inch microwave and had a very pleasant experience with the representatives in customer service. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. This is our favorite store to buy any home improvement items that we need. We strongly recommend Home Depot for all yours household repair needs!

My experience at the appliance department at the Home depot store in Boynton Beach was the best ever due to the expertise, patience, courtesy and professionalism shown by Bruce Mannes and the management team of Jay and Antoinette. Hiccups were quickly solved and the team held my hand though out the process. Wonderful people to work with.

My wife and I have been rehabbing an investment property and have purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise, some of which needed to be returned. Arlene Moore from the customer service counter has been awesome! She has the right attitude a great smile and always willing to help in any situation, I can’t say enough good things about her! The store is now not the closest to my home,but I go out of my way, sometimes, just to say hello and Pick up a few items on my never ending list.

Employees always helpful and courteous

Everyone in this store is very helpful and appear to be very happy. It's very nice to shop in a store where everyone seems to be happy and wanting to help me find things before I even ask. I have ordered things on line to be pick up and everyone is always very helpful and offering to help load items in my truck etc. It's truly a please shopping at this store.

Love the DeWalt power tools and battery sets for the excellent prices. And the tool expert Rob helped us get the best combination for the work we need to do around the house. (Great service from Hedi and Marie at the front as well.)

I shop this store quite often and I always know where everything is at and I’m never dissatisfied because they always keep the best inventory and they keep their departments exactly the same so the customer can memorize the store layout . Accountability is the key and HD is always on the mark.

My husband and I went there looking for an out of stock Halloween item online, Jim in indoor garden, helped us immensely by searching his stock and then trying to find us the item in other stores nearby. He even offered to call several stores for us and was extremely helpful and he was happy to do so !
