This store is by far the most visited Home Depot for me. I love the layout and the Associates are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Super friendly employees and always eager to help without being too intrusive.

I am consistently pleased when shopping at this specific location. The employees are great, things are generally in stock, and the store has a good feel to it. Specific to employees: * I'm always greeted * I'm always asked if I need help or if I'm finding what I need * Generally, they always seem to be happy to be there * The customer service desk is always fun!

Scott & Lisa B in the Boise store are super helpful. I'm so glad they recommend the protection plan for my new vacuum purchase. Great Deal!

Store was well organized and clean. Their store was also well staffed.

Leslie in the cabinet department was amazing. She helped us build our kitchen after we had a kitchen fire and it completely ruined the kitchen and cabinets/counter tops. So we purchased new cabinets and counters and the process was great!

I think this might be the best hardware store in the valley.

If they don’t like there job and dealing with customer they should get a different job

The store manager, Tom, went out of his way to help me on a Saturday evening, after we had a major issue in our home. I was so stressed going into the store, but he put me at ease and helped me find all that I needed. What a great experience and an excellent manager. Thank you, Tom and Home Depot!

Mary makes the experience her all worth while. I always deal with her on phone sales and she is just the most sweetest, and upbeat person to talk to. She can definitely change your mood on a bad day to a good day, she is just the BEST!

This employee, who works in the plumbing department, goes way above and beyond in his assistance and vast knowledge that goes far beyond plumbing. He takes the time to make sure you have the right items and the right knowledge to tackle your project. If you want good help and real answers, look him up when you're in the store.

Three associates were very helpful and friendly during my visit today I met Tess, Lisa and Shiloh. All were very friendly and helpful at the checkout.

I had to pick up a nail gun at home depot for a fence project, and i didn't know anything about nail guns. Pat was so patient and helpful walking me through what nails to get. I will look for her to help me on my next trip to home depot!

I am a contractor and have been shopping the Milwaukee store since it opened. I will go out of my way to shop this store because of the people who work there. Many have become friends over the years. Outstanding customer service...they make me feel like a rock-star when I walk in the door!

With the big 4th of July sale we decided it was time to take the plunge and upgrade our appliances! We had done some research online prior to going in-store so we had a good idea of what direction we wanted to go. We wanted to touch and see the items in person so we went in without our measurements the first time and met Henk who was great! Very helpful and wonderful to talk to and extremely knowledgeable with both product line information as well as personal appliance experiences that matched our own! We decided to get our measurements and return to make the purchase in-store. When we returned, Henk had already left for the day but Wendy (and another gentleman) greeted us as we entered the department and asked if we needed help. We wanted to check measurements on each item and make sure what we thought we wanted still worked and they both let us do our thing without hounding us. We decided quickly and Wendy got right to it with helping us with the ordering, delivery scheduling and final transaction. During this process we learned that we had many things in common with Wendy and enjoyed talking with her beyond the appliances. She took great care of us and worked quickly, efficiently and we left with big smiles! Also, the paint department here needs some big accolades as well! Victoria especially! She helped us match paint to a crazy small object on this trip, and some other awkward samples in the past. She is knowledgeable and has a great personality! She’s kind of my go-to paint gal now! (Another gentleman helped us as well and though we didn’t catch his name, he too was personable, knowledgeable and helpful). And lastly, upon leaving the store, even though we did self check on the rest of our items, the young man working that area made sure to genuinely and energetically thank us for coming in and wished us a nice rest of our evening. Long review but we felt it was important to convey the great vibe we got from this location! Thank You all!

I had to return two plants I ordered online because they died. When I went to return them to the store, the employees were excellent with their customer service. Thank you, Home Depot, for hiring friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I made a call to purchase something online, the website wasn’t working Nessy help me out got everything ordered took the payment made it very easy. She was a delight

Joey was so helpful from the time he answered my phone call about a tool box he put it aside and checked me out and loaded it into the truck with some help they all did awesome!

Phil went out of his way to make the shopping experience negative for me and my son. He harassed us continually because my son climbed in and out of the shopping cart.
