This is the most disorganized place I've every been in. I won't go back!

Associates help me find what I need. They help me put products on my cart. They help me scan items, and even help load my vehicle up.

I purchased an item from this store in large part for the free delivery. The driver attempted to deliver outside of the window and also stated he couldn’t find the house. Just braindead. It seems like no one in retail/customer service really wants to do their jobs.

I had an employee help me in the plumbing/toilet section of the store for a very small washer I needed. While we were walking from one aisle to another for my options, he helped someone else by telling them the exact aisle and side of the aisle for the item they needed as if he had the whole store memorized. I wish I asked for his name.

Items purchased during my shopping were easily located and in stock. The Blue Ridge, Georgia store is convenient, clean, well-stocked, and managed exceptionally.

There is a dangerous safety problem at this store. They have the view of car going across the front of the store with displays. I complained about the problem but it still is there. The vehicals can not see the peole leaving the store either. There have been close calls becausse of the problem. Just a matter of time till someone is hurt.

Most of the time we have been able to find what we wanted and someone to help us if we couldn’t. Very glad to have this store available to us.

Home Depot has all our needs. Sometimes hard to find the deals but love the special deals you have for us.

Jon went above and beyond in assisting me and he provided the best customer service that I have received in many years. I have other stores that are closer but I will do all my future business with the Blue Ridge Home Depot because of Jon's excellent service.

I bought 7 10-foot sections of 1/2 inch PVC pipe, and all sections were less than 10-feet.

I have used Home Depot for all my projects large and small for over 30 years. From building Houses to small home repairs, I have always been able to get whatever materials I needed (Struggled a bit during COVID but everyone did.) and advice was always available from an expert when I needed that as well. Of all the Home Depot stores I have used, the Blue Ridge Store is by far the best! Is it the peaceful mountain atmosphere or the number of experts (plumbers, electricians, contractors, builders, roofers...) who have retired and signed on with their expertise to the HD Team part time? I don't know. But it is ALWAYS a pleasure to shop there.

The lady named Kat is so knowledgeable and so helpful I always love to go in there and have her help me if I can't find a certain item she's always knowledgeable knows where it's at knows how to find it and I always leave happy that I've had her to help me

I do not want to hear employees political views while I am asking for help! So sickening to deal with an angry employee! Terrible customer service in plumbing dept

The store has sufficient employees that want to help you find items and are willing to discuss specific details and/or recommend what to use. Friendly people at checkout and knowledgeable people throughout the store.

I rented some tools from this location and Rebecca and Rodney, over in the tool rental department, were both wonderful! They were very friendly and did not rush me at all and were very patient in answering all my questions. Finally, Dustin, in the checkout area was also great. He took the time to show me how to use the tie down straps to secure my load and was also very patient. Overall, everyone at the store was helpful and happy!

The little lady and the power tool section is awesome. I missed her name on her name tag but I’m going to thank her the next time I’m in there. She went extremely out of her way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. I always seem to keep missing out on the deals. She scanned the product check with shipping gave me advice, I wanted to come in to get what I needed. I was looking for a miter saw and I kept missing the deals. She checked on shipments and everything for me. She was just absolutely awesome. If anyone sees us please thank her for me. She’s extremely nice person. She’s helped me every time I’ve been in there and she’s just awesome .

I drove from Murphy NC to Blue Ridge since there website showed 2 in stock. I had to return a faulty one I got a few weeks ago. It’s now $15 more that I have to pay and they were None on shelf. I spoke to a Associate he said they have been missing for awhile and there inventory is off. But No one wants to be the one to mark them missing/gone to avoid getting in trouble. Really. Customer service associate was very rude and about called me a liar until I gave her my Number. All I want is if one Associates/Manger says something it should stand and be that way every time. Just a mess. Very disappointed. Maybe Blairsville or Ellijay is better. It’s gotta be!

I bought a number of rather heavy cinder blocks. The cashier who checked me out called for help, but none ever came. After waiting 10 minutes, my son and I loaded the blocks. As we were finishing, the cashier who checked me out yelled out the door to ask if help ever came. When I said no, she laughed. I said it wasn't funny and she kept laughing.

Thanks to the employees who helped me thru out the store. Thanks to the cashier Teresa who made checking out a great experience. Wished that I had caught their names. Thanks again for your services.

As written on the survey, not accepting the Veterans Identification card for the Home Depot discount is disrespectful to the Veteran and to do so on the Memorial Day holiday weekend is a direct slap in the face of the Veteran! Maybe Home Depot does not want Veteran business? Clarification of this problem should be top of the list!

Went to get lawn products and found everything I needed and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Down to earth the best customer service we have had in a long time . Associates took the time to ask us what we needed and what our dreams were on to get it accomplished! Such a great experience!

I’m always happy to go into this store. Staff are all very friendly, smile and ask if I need help. Shelves are well stocked and store is clean. Thank everyone for their efforts.
