Helpful and well informed employees make all the difference.

I ordered windows that I was assured would match our existing windows. After three wildly wrong orders and over 10 contractor visits over 3 years, I finally got something that was close enough that I gave up and accepted them. Please note, I often drove 100 miles to meet with contractors and twice they did not show up or call to explain. Never again!

We came to the Benton Harbor, Michigan, store to order a stackable washer and dryer. Both sales associate Cameron and cashier David were very helpful! They went the extra mile to help us with our purchase.

YOUR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME WHERE THE PRESSURE TREATED 1X4 WAS. WHEN HE SAW IT WAS LOW QUANTITY, HE CHECKED WITH HIS PHONE AND EVENTUALLY FOUND MORE COMING IN ON THE TRUCK AT THAT TIME.

Home Depot is usually my “go to” store, but this time the attitude of the employees really shined. Even if you don’t know the full answer to a customer’s question, being pleasant & having the right attitude to guide them to the correct person goes a long way.

Every employee in this store goes above and beyond to help. Jim in Garden, John in appliances and Linda K at checkout were especially helpful, nice and professional all the way!

I was able to select from several different waterproof wood grain tiles and lay them out at home which really helped me make a wise decision. It looks beautiful! I repackaged and I returned what I didn’t need and am placing an order for a large addition which was very helpful

This store is EXCELLENT in customer service. So refreshing these days! Well stocked and great pricing.

Josh in lumber is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and creative. Fabulous to work with! Tammy at cashiering is very cheerful and engaging as well as eager to help. The staff I have encountered here is far superior to the "other store" across the way.

Store only has self checkout lanes open. Instead of having multiple employees stand there and look at the self check out one should open a register.

I’ve bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, mini fridge and other small purchases from this store. Personnel are helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

I shop here regularly and employees are helpful and friendly and store is typically in very good shape (clean, orderly, etc.)

I arrived at the end of the day near closing time the staff was very friendly and helpful it wasn't an easy order I bought huge amount of 80lb bags of cement mix they loaded my trailer quickly and with a pleasant friendly attitude.

We were extremely happy with the attention that Bob Waddell, Millwork Specialist gave us when we were trying to purchase a new door. He was VERY helpful!

I came in on 7/9/23 to buy all new appliances for my home. We were instantly greeted and asked if we needed help. Staff was very helpful, and the buying and checkout process was smooth. Will be back for future purchases.

We came in to get supplies for some repairs. While there, my husband began to feel unwell. We had him sit on a step ladder that was sitting by a shelf. A Home Depot employee came up and suggested my husband come back into the staff room, where it was cooler and more comfortable. Another employee came in to check on him and offered him a bottle of water. He's feeling better, now, and our son and I were very impressed and grateful for their help and kindness!

Very poor customer service. Employees had no idea of what products are in the store.

I enjoy coming to this location, they always have whatever we need in-stock, and everybody is nice, and friendly, and always helps us out. One of my favorites is Chuck that works in the front. He is always so cool, and nice to us. I literally enjoy this location the most because of Chuck, and the other employees that work there. It is one of the friendliest, and most helpful stores out of all of them.

I can’t do anything bad to say about this place the managements awesome the people in their happy employees are unified I wouldn’t go anywhere else very difficult to get a mist tint paint because they rarely miss tint them however when I go over to Lowe’s across the street they got a whole bunch of miss tint paint. I think that says enough

So many helpful and friendly employees at the BH Home Depot this morning. On checkout. Kodesha had a big smile and was very friendly. Was not hard to find help.

I bought siding corners some months ago and BH store 2768 did not have anymore in stock Cashier Natalee made a call to store 2720 and employee Sarah B. Devised a plan to help get the siding corner strip I desperately needed. I'm so grateful, I didn't expect them to go the extra mile. I'm so thankful.

My shopping experience was educational, insightful, helpful, and unforgettable. I learned so much, and felt like Tom was looking for any opportunity to make my time at Home Depot a singularly remarkable experience.

I've found that this store has had items that were either out of stock or unavailable compared to my normal Portage/Kalamazoo store. Customer service has also been very attentive and the staff goes out of their way to help you find items quickly and efficiently.
