Purchased $90 worth of flowers that would have cost at least $150 at a nursery. Carol, the cashier, was super friendly and helpful!

On Sunday morning April 14, I visited the HD Garden Center. I checked out and headed to my car to move it around to get help loading the bricks that I bought but I had a flat tire (nail puncture). I mentioned it to the employee waiting to load the bricks and went out to my car to wait for help. Chris P. from Garden must of over heard my dilemma, he found me in the lot and offered to change the tire. He said he worried about me waiting in the heat. He was polite, friendly and efficient, a blessing. Totally spontaneous assistance that wasn't on his duty list. Thanks Chris you made my day so much nicer. Margo Q

I needed some clamps for an upcoming project. When I arrived at the store there was only one in the bin. I reached out for help and a helpful worker jumped in to assist. It took some time, but we found another display. I was so happy since I had such tight time constraint. Thanks Home Depot for making it happen!!

I visit this location regularly as it is conveniently located near my home. The associates as pleasant and knowledgeable. If you have the pleasure of working with Rachel at the customer service desk you are in for a wonderful shopping experience.

Specifically went there to get plants on sale and a plant was mixed in with sale plants that looked exactly like the plant I was purchasing that wasn't on sale and that's the one they used to ring up. Since I had a full cart of stuff, I didn't notice til I got home so cheated out of my money on that deal!

I ordered online and received an email and text to pick up my items. The associate came out with one of my items, but the other 4 had not been delivered or were not able to be located in the store. He apologized multiple times, searched in multiple places, talked to his manager for me, was able to find me an equivalent item and brought the items to my car. I didn’t have to ask for anything, the associate took the initiative to make the situation right while providing excellent customer service. The manager was attentive to the concern and the proposed solution, was helpful in determining if the new item would work for my needs, and was efficient in approving the whole transaction. This was a great experience and 100% compassionate, efficient and customer oriented in a situation that could have been frustrating. Thank you!

As a Maintenance Manager, Home Depot is my go to store for all of my building needs. This store is always well stocked, clean, and the employees know their stuff.

Bought a new stove at Home Depot and setup to have it delivered a little over a week latter (DEC26th), no show for the delivery or even a call about not able to make it, just a e-mail saying they were going to reschedule it without confirming if I would even be available that day or not. Got it rescheduled to another day now in Jan of the next year and again they were scheduled to deliver it this morning before 1:30 pm. No show, no call from delivery company. Call to follow up. They are not even sure that truck route got sent out. Go to the store and canceled my nearly $900 order..

Haven't received my new appliance yet as it is to be delivered. I picked the appliance that I looked at Home Depot online and printed out a picture to take along with me as to what I wanted - got it too! I am happy and cannot wait to get my new range. The store was clean and uncluttered and the lady who took care of my sale was great, very friendly and handled her job really well!!

Steve in Flooring was so helpful and knowledgeable, we truly enjoyed working with him. We met with him many times while trying to get exactly what we wanted for our project and every time we met him it was always a pleasant experience. Steve and Dave both are great guys to help with your projects!

The Belleville Store has always had the best staff and one of the most organized I've found. Stock is always well kept and the employees always for the extra mile to help.
