We are moving to the area soon and this was our first visit to the Beaumont store. We needed appliances and the gentleman who helped us, Larry, was amazing. He made the whole process easy and pleasant. He listened to what my likes and dislikes were, and even made recommendations according to our needs. Very thankful to Larry!

Me and my family came for backyard plants and flowers and found perfect ones.At the cashier an employee named Mary helped the whole time.We enjoy coming to this Home Depot and will continue to in the future.

Everybody at the store was very friendly and helpful and I can't compliment them enough. However the end of the visit turn to be a great disappointment. This is all because of the attitude of the cashier. If she was irritated or in a bad mood, that's no reason take it out on the customers and make us feel very uncomfortable.

My experience today at my Home Depot was excellent. My visit today was excellent!!Wendy went above and beyond to help me out and is an incredibly valuable employee she went way above and beyond she was friendly, through, knowledgeable and Home Depot should be proud to have her as an employee. If only there were more like her!

I returned a small basket of items and the cashier Jaqueline let me walk out without telling me some of the items didn't get refunded and she didn't give the items back. She just took them gave me the receipt and let me leave. The dollar amount didn't sound right and I reviewed the receipt and she missed two items costing over 80 dollars. I had to go back and convince her that I bought those items with my HD card and she still didn't believe me. I argued to keep looking until she finally found the transaction. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THESE PEOPLE ARE BORDERLINE SCAMMING US AND WE NEED TO HOLD THESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR DOING THEIR JOBS RIGHT. This was a bad experience and it upsets me and worries me that this has happened to me and other customers more times.

A New GE Refrigerator

I went in looking for an adapter for my new gas stove and Jose was very patient and answered all my questions. I really appreciate it when employees at Home Depot explain why I need certain parts and or answer my questions.

If employee doesn't get your actual birthday when trying to buy spray paint they are written up. A little common sense would make the shopping experience a positive one

Many people in the store where friendly and Offered the help when I did not ask. This was much appreciated and very welcomed. On my way out the cashier was an expert in my field of work and gave me great tips on a project/job I was working on.

Cashier Dennise was extremely rude and basically pushed me and girlfriends out of the store. we came in to buy 2 new propane tanks, she charged us for 2 exchange tanks and then after we waited for 10 minutes outside in 95 degree weather we were told we were not charged for the right thing. After we went to customer service to get refunded and charged for the right thing, two different employees said that they needed to “keep their eyes on us” as if we did something wrong. We were treated so poorly by every single person we interacted with except Tony who helped us with the propane.

As a realtor in Idyllwild, we love to shop for all of our needs at this Home Depot location. We always find all the items that we need, and always receive great customer service!

Walked into Beaumont Homedepot at 5:35 pm wanting a propane tank exchange. Self checkout cashier saw me with a propane and in frustrated voice said they closed in a few minutes. She then said that they were out of propane without checking the cage. She Recommended that I go to a gas station for the propane. It was apparent that she was lazy and didn’t want to help me

Employees here at Beaumont are much more friendlier & helpful than the other branches of Home Depot I’ve been through.
