The customer service is terrible at this location. Specifically, Lisa, is very annoyed every time we’ve shopped here. She huffed and grunted when we had clearance lumber today. She insinuated it wasn’t the price we told her, which the manager came and confirmed. It was also clearly stamped by the lumber associate. She then became more irritated because we had to run and grab a card because they don’t accept tap. We also visited customer service and another thin lady with long braids was annoyed by us for getting a price check. Everything clearance in the store had a paper taped in the area but the items rang up regular price so a manager had to come price check. It was annoying for us just as much as the employees but it wasn’t our fault. We felt very unwelcome and won’t return to this location.

Having rented this Nailer for the first time, I found the convenience of cordless nailing to be extremely helpful in the difficult to get to location in a crawl space. Two issue arrose as I had not used this tool before. 1. Make sure to keep the spare battery on the charger while using the tool. 2. Make sure the Nails used for this Nailer are the Plastic Coilated type 21 Deg. The nails can be very expensive by the box. Therefore knowing the BOILER PLATE data of which nail to use is very helpful. It's a sticker right in plain view on the side of the tool. The Rental of the the tool is easy at Home Depot. They also sell it in the store.

I purchased 12' Hovering Halloween Witch and 9' Werewolf and employees Scott, Jesse and Steve went the extra mile to unbox the werewolf and breakdown the box for me to take home. I drove 1.5 hrs to this store due to stock levels. Well worth the trip thanks to the great employees!

It seems like every time I go into this home Depot, Mr G is always available and ready to help. I have had several projects that were a little unique, and he always seemed to know exactly the parts I needed and exactly in the right configuration. Even if it wasn't plumbing, he was more than happy to help, or at least find somebody that can. I cannot say enough about him, and he always has a smile on his face and is very knowledgeable.

I wanted an estimate on how much and how good it would be to change the carpet for my three bedrooms. They did not pushed me or discouraged me, on the contrary they convinced me to buy the product from them. Their advice and recommendation were the most accurate according to what I heard from other stores. I would not doubt in going back to them should I need another remodeling job.

The floor help, a young lady named Tu, went out of her way to help us with a Christmas tree. Ultimately, getting us the floor model since the one we wanted was sold out. The Manager, James, also helped us and gave us great service at a great price!

The salesman & cashier provide me the best service anyone could have asked.

It’s sad that people assume that you steal. Security Guard and secret security walked passed me three times assuming that I was stealing. Instead of asking if I need help or etc they choose to pace only the aisle I’m On. Sad!!

I need bump stops. The clear ones are nice and stick well.
