I was looking for a Christmas tree and no other store had the one I wanted. It showed that this location (Avondale) had 3 of them in stock. At first I couldn’t find them but with the great help of Terra (Manager) I was able to get a really nice tree. She truly went out of her way and made Christmas a little extra special. Thank you much Terra and all the friendly employees that work here, you guys know how to make people feel special!

Couldn't believe the great customer service I received today from the Home Depot in Avondale, AZ. I always expect good things from Home Depot, but today was exceptional. Today Claudia, Diana, and Suzie were simply outstanding. Claudia spent considerable time straightening out a computer problem so I could have my product delivered. She was professional, courteous, and friendly. What a great lady! She is the kind of employee every business owner wishes they had and every customer loves to meet. Suzie helped me find outstanding pavers to use on my patio project at a great price. Initially a male employee said he would help me and then disappeared. But Suzie more than made up for it. Diana, who tried to have my product delivered but was prevented from doing so by the computer, was friendly and helpful as well. She was the one who knew that Claudia was the gal to call when things need to get done. She certainly correct. So now I have a great product, at a great price, and it will be delivered to the job site. Thanks Ladies!

The late night crew over at the Avondale AZ Home Depot is absolutely incredible. They will work to help you find exactly what you need. And then they will talk amongst them selves and even go online to do research to help you make sure your project is exactly what you want it to be. They go out of their way to help you find things, and they’re patient! Patience. Patience is such a lost virtue on this planet! I’m really grateful for Terra, Selina, Conner, Jaime, and for Michael over in the paint department. These are amazing people! We will be back!! 😊

The wife was looking for more accent pillows. I asked Hector to retrieve the three pillows on the top shelf. He did with no problem when he asked if there was anything else I told him I needed one more but did not see them. Hector found brand new pillows in the back of the store. He forked lifted down the pallet and retrieved four brand new pillows. The display ones were a bit dusting. He made my wife happy which makes me happy.

Tiles i bought and bought and bought as the ladies in the customer service area and I decided on several days WHICH ones should i go with for my kitchen !! Love those girls !!

Stay away from Daisy very rude,Wait for Diana she's will take the time to answer your questions without raising her voice at you.

I shop at a lot of different home depots due to my line of business I went to this one out in Avondale and the store was a little bit messier than most and I rented a truck which was actually pretty dirty and a lot of debris left in it but that was all worth it because of the employee that helped me her name was Daisy and talk about above and beyond most magnificent employee knowledgeable helpful kind smiling true meaning of customer service.... As a result I think I will go out of my way specifically to go back to that home Depot.

Daisy went above and beyond to provide friendly help with my customer service issue, and really made my day.

Bought a new appliance bundle on sale and so happy we did. We have been researching a lot and were becoming more confused but we had a great in store experience. Would buy here again.

I bought two plug outlet covers to replace the broken ones.

There’s a fella named Daniel and he’s very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Andy helped me the entire time I was shopping from the moment I entered the store until Ihe loaded my purchase into my vehicle. He went above and beyond by staying by my side the entire time.

Home Depot is my go to home improvement store each time the Mrs. decides she wants to remodel something.

I needed boxes for moving that can be awkward to carry and I require a walking aid for ambulation. Diane, the lovely customer service person noticedI needed assistance and enlisted another employee to help us retrieve the items I needed. She was very attentive and This store would be the greatest if she could be cloned!😉

The Home Depot is where I discovered my new favorite tool brand witch RYOBI, this have been the best Invesment in tools I have ever made I now own multiple Ryobi tools from impacts to lawn mower I have never been happier with a power tool till now!

Parking spot are very limited for handicapped and the multiple Pickup slots and several spots to hotdog vendor makes close parking hard to find.

i needed to replace two toilets and the water valve in the wall. The consultant in the area was excellent providing both multiple solutions and recommendations on what was easier to maintain in the future.

We are doing a full home remodel, so we have counted on our local Home Depot for a variety of products from cabinets to paint. We can count on the Home Depot to step up to the plate and provide us not only exceptional items but service as well. When we have a question there is always an employee willing and ready to help!

My husband purchased plants and unfortunately they did not survive. We inquired about the return policy and Terra was awesome in answering all of our questions and helping us with the return and obtaining a refund so we could purchase new plants. I am very happy with the service she provided. Will definitely recommend this Home depot to our friends and family.

The employees seem to think that they are doing me a favor if come to work. The employees constanlty make me move for them. run my over when shopping. and when you have heavy items like concrete or block they run the other way. the long timers like miguel in contractors services, ed in plumbing, selena at cash register and ciesal in hardware come on people you will end up being replace by botsif you dont step up

I met a wonderful very professional young man today at Home Depot. His name is Jonathan. He works at the Avondale, AZ location. He greeted me with a big smile and with genuineness to help me get the products I wanted to purchase. He assisted me with my return of the wrong items, then he pointed me to each isle that had the correct products I needed to complete my project.

Home Depot gives me such great deals !! With the assistance of what I consider "Superstar" Employees like Cashier "Judi" and floor employees "Noel" and Jeannie", I will always be a loyal Home Depot customer.

Purchased appliances during the Labor Day sale. Roy was super helpful and very knowledgeable about every product. He went above and beyond to provide us all the information we needed to make the best choice for our purchase.

I hadn't shopped in this Home Depot for awhile, because no one seemed to be around to help you, and if I did find someone, they acted like it was a chore to help me. Now, it's completely different and a pleasure to shop there.

I went into the Avondale Home Depot and was greeted at the entrance and was asked if I needed help throughout the store. When I was checking out, my cashier Georgia was very friendly and helpful. She never made me feel rushed and assisted me with looking for an item to see if it was in stock. Then when I was leaving this young man helped me load my big items into my truck. It was very hot outside and he had such a positive attitude.

Every employee we encountered seemed genuinely ready help and did it with a warm smile.

Jeannie at customer service and Barbara at check out were exceptional. They both addressed my concerns and excelled at customer service. Thank you both!

SEEMS LATELY every time I GO INTO THIS STORE THEY ARE OUT OF THE MOST IDIOTIC THINGS. IT'S RIDICULOUS.
