On April 22, 2016 we purchased materials to build a new 18'x 20'wooden deck spending over $2800 by the time project was finished. May and June this year were very rainy so we could not stain the deck until it dries out. We purchased pretreated wood (brand name Weathershield) sold at Home Depot. It was highly recommended by the guys in that department for decks. After waiting 2 months to stain the deck, it is splitting, cracking, warping and worst of all cupping. Walking across the whole deck in boots you can feel the cupping. The boards are so uneven because of this. I contacted Home Depot and they sent a rep from the store-Trina and a rep from the vendor-John. I called once after a week and not hearing anything, if they were going to help me out in anyway. Turns out Trina was on vacation. Called again today 7/13/16 and Trina said she would check into it. Called me back and said something about the emails being sent to the wrong box. The vendors denied the claim. However Trina said John is overriding the decision to some extent. I wanted 55 16' boards replaced. He in turn would allow 10 boards replaced and 10 balusters replaced, and that was a favor he was doing. The Home Depot where I purchased this material in Aurora, Co (Pioneer Hills) does not even have a store manager. They have a very difficult time keeping them at this location. Customers are passed around.

The store always has what I need when I need it, this particular Time for going was to return some things I did not need but had purchased the previous day & Shawnea who was at the return counter was more then helpful & in the best of spirits..she handled my needs & got me out of there lickety-split!!

Jason, Troy and (I apologize I forgot his name) are exceptional employees! Troy and Forgotten spent about an hour helping us figure out how to Redneck Engineer a solution to get some equipment we rented (not from this location) to work so we could get our attic insulation done before we started to fall into the teens. Really an outstanding experience as they really went above and beyond to help us when really it was not on them to do so.

They had 2 regular checkout lanes open. Nice to have the option of not going through self check out.

Bought a Trimmer and Erik - Mr Terrific assembled the product for me, what a man, what an employee, so hard to find people who care.

Shawnea was really helpful during my visit. She was friendly and welcoming and was even nice to my dog. She helped me with my pick up order and was able to quickly get me checked out with my other items so I could be on my way

I needed tank bolt washers for our toliet, never knew about them until my were leaking, your assoiate in plumbing went right to them and brought them TO ME! Saving me time and getting the wrong item!

I love home Depot in general but the one here on Mississippi near I-25 I've always found assistance when I need it and everyone who's ever worked with me has always been very pleasant and more than helpful to help me find what it is that I'm looking for. If it's not out where we can see it they have always checked in the back to see if they might find another one that hadn't been put out.

They had everything I needed didn't have to go to another store very satisfied with this store

I'm glad that I purchased this item today. I've been looking for a new one.

Store Employee, Lukas, Did a FINE job!

This store is convenient, but understaffed; which makes the stocks lacking. Not enough people to ask for assistance.

I live near these Home Depot and I always shops here for things for my house and mostly get what I need at a good price…

The store on Mississippi is smaller than other Home Depots and it is usually busy. For that reason, I often times go to a further location to find what I need and the store is usually kind of messy. With that said, Jason, a head worker that reminded me of Jeff Bridges and a manager lady, hispanic with glasses were awesome when I had a unique circumstance where I was needing to exchange a right-handed door for a left-handed door that I had purchased over a year before. Since it was just an exchange and the SKU was still active I thought they might be able to do it. The first entry level employee denied me, but when I asked for a manager, the Jeff Bridges character and Jason were extremely friendly and willing to get it done despite the fact that it was a unique situation and they weren't quite sure how to approach it. They weren't going to let it go though, so they called the manager lady, again hispanic with glasses (sorry I don't have names) and they all dligently worked to find the old purchase, do some kind of override to get it to work and allow me to exchange the door. I had rented a Home Depot truck already to transport the old and new door. I just thought it was really cool what the Jeff Bridges character said, he said, "it's the right thing to do, so we're going to do it, we just need to figure out how we're going to do it in our system." Thank you folks. Sorry I didn't catch your names.

Not a "product" review, just a "store" review: 1) Checkout woman was rude & unhelpful. 2) After I loaded purchase into car, went back into store to wash my hands. Walked ALL THE WAY to the back of the store & found they now keep the restroom door locked & I had to walk all over to find someone to let me in ):

A lot of riff-raff standing around looking for work, asking if I want help doing anything. Illegal burrito vendors in parking lot daily. No longer comfortable shopping there.

Christine at the customer service desk has the worst attitude in the USA! It’s an ongoing all the time no matter what time or what day of the week, consistent bad attitude

Angelina assisted my during my entire checking out process. Couldn't ask for anything more.

We ordered remote ceiling fans twice as the 1st order came in wrong at a different store. The 2nd order also came in wrong but this time Damario, Matt & Vince took the time to look up our order and find out the item is unavailable and that the item sent was a replacement to our order not tell us there was nothing they could do to help us since it was a special order as the Home Depot in Brighton, CO told us. We will definitely be shopping at store #1501 from now on.

After paying online I have been given damaged products or no products at all due to inventory discrepancy. Terrible experience with this store.

Eve and Adam and Betty were cashiers which assisted me and their attention to the customer need was awesome. They has the answer and showed professionalism while friendly engagement with customers. Good customer service.
