This store stays keeps the products you need on the shelf when you're trying to complete a job.

I love Home Depot and this is my spot to come and walk around and enjoy some retail therapy. I find deals here often and for their most part employees are great. Manager Beth is awesome and has helped me with finding items and questions I have when I’m there at the store. Looking up SKU’s and price checking items has really helped keep me grounded and deal with my PTSD issues. Just walking around and seeing friendly faces helps as well.

The crew that installed the water heater was excellent and very informative and the service was excellent.

If you need anything out of the locked cages like a power tool I would recommend visiting another location. This store will waste your time. Would not recommend.

Everything i get from home depot augusta is a pleasant experience. The staff actually wants to help. They have gone to different departments to make sure I get everything I am looking for. Customer service is a priority...

Wonderful experience! The depot really rocks!

I worked with Heather in the kitchen dept. Together we picked out countertops, all new appliances, kitchen sink, kitchen and bath faucet, backsplash, toilet seats, lighting. Karis in flooring helped me with Turf for my screened in porch and doggie area and then picked out carpet for indoor stairs. Carpet was installed yesterday and is beautiful!! Turf was installed and also looks awesome. I'll add photos when my project is complete.

The wreath I was looking for was right in front of the garden area and was even on sale! Kristopher was friendly and greeted us as we approached garden and was helpful when checking out! And he had a great hat!

Very professional, friendly, always takes the time to answer any questions that I have. All around great employee.

Kris was the cashier. He was very friendly and had a great disposition!!

Tammie from Augusta Home Depot customer service was fantastic helping me with my needs unlike the Evans #1747 store.

I have thatched our yard a couple of times and the process of renting a machine is so easy. The friendly staff place the machine on a small forklift and roll it right into the bed of my truck.

The store was well stocked, and the employees were very attentive and courteous.

I was happy with all the products I purchased.

Walking into the store I was greated and asked, "How can I help you", I was taken to my selection, Derrick brought it down off the shelf. The package was damaged, he got another one and then another one that was not damaged. Then he got a cart and loaded the product. Nice job. At check out my seletion did not ring up correctly, it was on sale. Monica fixed the problem, honoring the online price. My shopping experience was great because; I was welcomed, the selection was in stock, a price issue was addressed and was treated nicely by all the staff.

The sales associated where very helpful and knowledgeable on the items i was purchasing. I needed a bit of help and they were happy to assist. Janice S, my cashier, was very pleasant and welcoming. She made checking out a breeze. Keep up the good work team!!!

Bought cabinets and painted myself..love them

The best service I’ve gotten in awhile. Kalline a sales rep showed a high level of professionalism and honesty during my visit. I bought a few heavy items that needed to be put on my trailer. She called 3 times to get me help with no success, so she came out and helped me. I tried to tip her, but she did not accept it stating it was against company policy. This world is missing honest people that show a level of integrity, but she showed that there are still good people out here.

The attitude and verbal dismissive tone of the cashier was totally uncalled for, I realize that employees are hard to find but this store will not need help when treating people in this manner

We as a company frequent this store,and Grace and her team have always made our check out both pleasant and speedy. I really appreciate the guys at the pro desk for being so sweet and helpful.Generally we love their positive attitudes,even o rough days!
