I recently purchased a large palm tree and the team that took care of the task was fantastic, they showed respect and didn't get frustrated by the task and we got the tree loaded in my trailer safely

About two weeks ago my wife wanted to upgrade our front yard landscaping. We went to the Atlantic - Girin Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225. We wanted to purchase some landscaping blocks, the first trip we purchased about 60, and placed them. We did not have enough so we went back again and purchased 30 more, still had to go back and get 9 more. The staff was more than helpful in loading the materials in our truck for my wife and I as I have a Broken left leg and ankle. So after placing the blocks our yard now looks complete. The most helpful person was the Cashier, Kimberly as she was new to Home Depot and very pleasant to work with as she welcomed us into the store and thanked us for my Military Service and by our last names as we finished with our purchase. She alone made us feel very welcome in the store and for shopping at Home Depot as if we were the only customers in the store.

I bought these Ryobi Tools just this past week. These are great tools at a decent price.

I am usually intimidated by the knowledge of the employees, Home Depot has a reputation as the contractor’s store. This particular morning I was under a time crunch. A long awaited Tile setter was at my home and I didn't have the crucial materials I was expected to have. I walked into the store and froze like a deer in headlights. Associate Cam saw my frustration and stepped in to help. He helped me interpret the measurments, cost and walked me through getting the trim and wood cut in the store. I was in and out within about 15 minutes. I couldn’t have predicted and better experience. Truly grateful, love my community Home Depot store!

Today we ordered LV flooring for our entire house--Loel, in the flooring department, was so patient, kind and extremely helpful with all of our questions over the past several weeks and assisted us in completing the purchase and delivery.

It takes employees a long time to getting around to helping you. Sometimes they can't be located. But most of them are pleasant towards you. So yes shop there.

These two gentlemen bent over backwards to help me with my front door Purchase. The customer service that I received was outstanding. Somehow they were able to get things accomplished that I didn’t think were possible and yet they did. Terrell called me several times just to keep me posted on the progress, what a comfort. Thank you thank you thank you. I wish there were more employees like you. You now have me spoiled. And extremely happy

I have never been so satisfied with an appliance specialist as I was with Donna Hartzell, when I had to replace my 18 year old fridge. She is amazing.

Went to Home Depot off Atlantic in Jax,only to find the garden center was closed at 9:45 am.so I had to drag a cart of mulch and garden tools thru the store only to find no cashiers

We had a terrible experience at a competitor’s store and called to see if there was any firewood available. Not only did Ronnie check to make sure it was in stock, but he had the overstock pulled down for us to make sure we got what we needed. It was ready before we got there and he saved our camping trip. Kudos to Ronnie. He’s a great asset to the team
